WORST EMPLOYEE/​OWNER EVER! I went to this «business» because they had repaired my 2005 van. The man I worked with previously (NOT the owner) was kind, sympathetic to my needs and made the process easy and fast. Yesterday I went to see if they could give me an estimate for my 2010 car. It was insurance work so they have to work with the insurance adjuster’s estimate but I wanted to see if they could meet the time frame that I needed and find out where they send the car when they run up against additional mechanical issues, i.e., can they perform on-​site or do they send it out. I should have walked away when he just threw a number out there and told me I was wasting his time. After a few rude exchanges, and telling him that the neighboring business thinks he does lousy work, I got in the car and left, but not before I told him that he has a lousy attitude and he’s a jerk. This guy must not want business — well he didn’t get mine and I will be sure to tell ANYONE who will listen that this man doesn’t belong in business and NOT to go there. I’ll be going to Spring Hill Auto Body — thank you Jake!

I was rear-​ended and the insurance company of the person who hit me gave me a long list of choices for repair. I picked Dundee Collision based on a some good reviews I read online. They did excellent work on my car and even gave it a wash inside and out. They kindly called a rental car company for me and knew how to work with the insurance company. I did not pay for these repairs but the quoted and actual prices were fair, clearly stated, and very close to each other. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll come back to this repair shop.

We took our vehicle here after we hit a deer for front end damage. The owner was very nice and they fixed our car really well. I would definately come back here if we ever need any other repairs or body work on our vehicles. The entire staff is friendly and nice too!
