The service was great, waitress and hostess both friendly and caring, food did not take long to arrive and was of good quality, would recommend this place to anybody who wants to try it good quality Colombian food at a reasonable price.

Yes, it’s a very good place, small but they have good food quality, I’m a fan of their carne empanadas, the chorizo it’s good, one bad thing for a Mexican (perhaps)most of this places are very «economical» whit the aji, salsa or wherever you call it, they give you an smaill container to begin whit and like maybe a 10% filled whit the salsa, too bad at this place they don’t do the salsa verde anymore the salsa roka taste mostly like vinegar, other than than most of the girls are great at customer service

Just called to order and the unprofessional girl hung up. We were ordering the bandeja and asked to not include beans.
This is the second time we ordered from here, the first time the food was just ok. Not amazing but satisfied my cravings. This place is close to my house so decided to order from here and give it another shot. OBVIOUSLY, the 2nd time in ordering was definitely not worth EVER coming back to this place. I understand this neighborhood is mostly Spanish speaking but really we live in a diverse city. I even spoke a little Spanish since I learned it in high school, so I gave the effort to help the person out. She still was rude and very unprofessional. She should learn how to deal with customers. I want to give this place 0 stars, doesn’t deserve any stars. THE WORST I’ve ever encountered!
When I ordered my bandeja the first time, the chicharrones was burnt too! The beans had no taste too thats why I asked them to hold the beans instead of wasting it.

Why is this place still open? Bad service! You ask a question and they give you an attitude pretending they don’t know what it is. The food is really bad. I found a hair in my empanada one time. Not to mention the place itself looks filthy. I wouldn’t even give it one star but Unilocal doesn’t give you a choice.

In fact this will be my second time eating at this place. Can’t complain the food quality it’s very good and the quantity of food you get is great for the price. Will be coming back very soon for some delicious empanadas.

I was thinking about giving this place 3 stars but after just eating here just now, I have to give it 2 stars. I’ve been here before several times w. My parents & we’ve ate the big plates or just the lunch specials & they were all so good & delicious but today it just took me from surprise.
I ordered the Bandeja Paisa the «medium» sized one since they have a small medium & the super Bandeja, The chicken breast was so dry that I had to put olive oil that was on the time to give it some flavor. The rice was about 3 cups of white rice & super stale, The beans weren’t the correct beans to be used for the Bandeja & the Maduro was so small I had to savor it piece by piece.
On the menu it said avocado I never got it & never asked the waitress to give it to me I just wanted to see if they remembered that they forgot to give it to me.
If you come here just get the little things like the bread or the empanadas.

Honestly I have ate here alot and the food was consistently good. The last few times have been decent but today OMG disgusting. I dont know if they are having a bad day in the kitchen or the cooks suck, but it was nasty I just threw almost everything out, and the beef empanadas waa dry and disgusting.
