Bad service. I guess they think the iPad replaces the need to check in on you, refill drinks, etc. Overpriced for average quality. In an airport with few options, take time to find a different one.

Give a tip to an iPad. Service does not exist. My bill was messed up and the way to fix it was«are you going to have 2 more drinks?» Waiter spent more time cleaning than attending to customers. Why do I have to tip before I get a drink. You tip for service not to get service.

Good if you are older person looking for quiet place where you can get a drink. Terrible if you want food or service. Was ignored, given dirty fork, food was gross. I had the spiced nuts they were basically nuts from Costco with no additional seasoning. The chicken sandwich I got was cold and bland. Not worth the cost. I finished my glass of water within 15 minutes of being here and 30 minutes later still no more water.

Ok, the iPad gimmick is fine, service was good, food was also ok. The problem is the wine. It’s a wine bar, but the first glass of wine I was served was completely cooked(smelled like raisins and port, tasted awful, was supposed to be Pinot!), replacement glass was fine. Second time(I should have learned my lesson) ordered a different red, same problem. I didn’t have the heart to complain twice, but seriously? It’s a wine bar– the first thing you should get right is having your wine be intact. If you can’t do that, offer fewer wines!

I enjoyed my lunch here during my layover at Laguardia. I think its neat that you order everything off of an ipad. But since you do order everything off of an ipad I don’t think they should default select 18% for tip. Seems high when you do all the ordering yourself and no one checks on you. But, if you do need someone you can call them over from the ipad. Obviously this place is not cheap, it is in an airport after all. I got the prosciutto and mozzarella panini for $ 14. It was actually quite delicious. They did not go light on the filling and toasted it to warm perfection. The soda was crazy priced like $ 3.50 or something like that, but surprisingly the smart water was only $ 2. I consider that a bargain for an airport! I think the décor is nice and was a semi-relaxing lunch spot for being in a busy airport.

Ordered a glass of cabernet. The wine list is extensive but also expensive! I understand the prices because it is an airport. You are paying for the convenience of getting your«drink on» at the airport. I get it! I made the mistake of paying a $ 5.00 tip on a $ 10.00 tab. SMH, why am I trying to buy service!!! LMBO! The guy delivered my red wine and never came back to the table. I should have learned my lesson at «Cotto», just a couple of feet away… I really wanted to order another glass but he didn’t check to see if I liked the first glass! Never again. Delta has more appealing places to spend my money in terminal D.

Show up waiting for my flight. Ask for a srink bartender tells me to use ipad. I want to pay cash but they no longer except cash. WTDF? Use the ipad to order drink. Insert card place order, open tab. Decide to order food and screw up and close tab. My bad. Open another tab, place order insert card. ten minutes later someone comes out and says no fried food that part of the kitchen is closed. It is only 8:45 pm. Place an order different food now machine doesn’t except my card. I call the bartender we use the other ipad at the table and that works. Food comes out, eat, head to gate. Next day my CC is denied because of 4 suspicious transactions from this place. All the charges went through. So you pay first and then get your order. Never again

I never bother writing negative reviews but I got so angry at my worthless waitress here this morning I have to warn others! We ordered our food after having to restart several times on the iPad and sat there and waited for over 30 minutes until I finally even saw a waitress to ask about my order. She went to check and said it never went through and the best part was she said I thought you guys weren’t eating! Maybe they should give waitresses a bit of a training here and let them know to check on customers little more often than every 30 minutes especially since the iPad promises the food within 15 minutes. Best part was when I politely asked the waitress how would we have known it didn’t go through since a screen popped up at the end saying thank u for the order. She gave me the biggest eye roll I’ve ever received. Don’t waste your time here. Customers do not feel welcome

If I didn’t have to leave a star, I wouldn’t. You have to order off an iPad which seems relatively simply and quick until you’re attempted to order just drinks(we’d given up on ordering food at this point) on the fifth iPad… Our waiter was zero help. We had to flag down someone else to help us then she couldn’t get the iPads to work either. No one was capable of writing down our order nor added up the cost without the iPads. But make sure you keep a close eye on them when they do finally get the iPad to work! 18% tip is automatically filled in so you can edit the amount as you wish but, if you’re not watching, they’ll click through before letting you change it. Oh, and you can’t pay with cash… Which you’re not told until you try to pay.

This is in an upgraded terminal where everything has ipads to order from and surf the internet. The ability to use the wifi while you wait is nice, but unnecessary as everyone already has their own smartphone. What makes this a 1 star is the false menu prices. I ordered a burger and added on cheddar cheese, which was listed as a $ 1 upgrade. They email your receipt to you after you pay a non-itemized bill. I noticed that the cheddar cheese on the receipt is listed as «Cheddar Cheese $ 1 @ $ 1.50.» This place tells you, even in their receipt, that they list their add-ons at $ 1 and charges $ 1.50. The 50 cents obviously doesn’t matter, but it’s the principle. How many burgers does this place sell in a high traffic terminal and just steals from people without them realizing. I’d love to see how much money they make on this robbery.

Limited menu with the ordering via the iPad. I wanted to have breakfast before my very early flight back to MIA, it took forever to order a simple breakfast that I had to ask the barely there waitress to pack it to go as my flight was boarding already. A little pricey for very little food.

It’s an airport restaurant, so keep that in mind. Like a lot of airport restaurants these days, you order off an iPad. It was nice that there was an outlet to charge my phone as well. I had looked at the sushi bar menu next door and went with the Wibar so that I could sit more comfortably. Turns out that I could order from their menu as well. Ordered a sushi roll and a glass of wine. The server was constantly refilling my water — much appreciated. Food and wine came promptly. Overall a good experience. A bit pricey — but hey, it’s an airport.

Ok my lobster was good that’s why it’s a 2. The Silverware was dirty. The service took 25 minutes and the staff was comping food and drink to others that waited even longer. The staff was nice, and it was nice to see them pouring cold water before you order, but the wait time was too long for an airport restaurant.

Terrible service. Ordered some oatmeal prior to my flight. It took 30min. I was the only customer there and the employees were off just chatting with each other. It was terrible. Looks are deceiving… Stay away from this place.
