This is hands down my fav halal food around ny Literally beats sammys in Jackson heights and 53rd and 6ths halal guys The hot sauce is so good and it’s always so fresh and cooked to perfection When I say perfection I mean it because I’m really stingy when it comes to eating things from carts but this is like a cult favorite I make a special day in a week just to get it lol It’s so so good And it’s not a watery white sauce it’s perfect, the basmati rice is really good quality and I usually don’t get fatty chicken. Get the mixed over rice with pita on top and go crazy on the hot sauce if ur crazy about it like me because it’s the bomb; it can and will burn ur mouth off and you’ll probably cry too But it’ll be tears of joy Burning hot flash filled joy, dammit

This is my favorite halal truck besides the famous one in Astoria. Their rice is this light redish brownish color, huge portions of meat, and sauce its thick and creamy. If you ask for pita bread with your chicken, lamb, or both over rice they will give it to you without extra charge. Theres different guys working at the carts but so far each and everyone of them is consistence with their portion and taste.

I was excited when this halal cart came to town, but unfortunately, I will not be coming here. The food is mediocre, but the guy is incredibly skimpy on the portion size. I mean, really, really skimpy. I’ve been eating chicken and rice all over the city ever since these carts hit the streets years ago, and this is definitely the smallest portion I’ve ever received. I got chicken over rice with white sauce, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce for $ 6(a drink was included). There was barely any chicken, and definitely not enough rice to cover up the skimpiness. Definitely a deal breaker for me. I’ve spoken to several of my family members and friends who’ve been here, and they all have the same complaint. The food was hot and flavorful, but not amazing. It was just okay. You’re better off going to the one by dunkin donuts near Kissena and Barclay ave.

Just had it for about the 50th time, and these guys are the greatest. Though I have yet to find a halal cart better than The Halal Guys and Sammy’s, this is a close third. You get a good amount, and their chicken has to be seasoned with flakes of deliciousness because I drool every time I think about it.

I have no idea what happened today, but it did. It was snowing, I was starving after school, and this halal cart is near my home. I’ve never eaten here before, but I had a craving for some chicken over rice, so why not? I ordered and was a bit irritated by being forced to pay $ 6(the soda/water is not optional for lamb or chicken over rice), but the food ended up making up for it. I always make sure I don’t get salad, I feel like it takes up a lot of space. I went home and ate it. It was incredible. I eat halal at least once a week(I’m frequently busy) but I am dumbfounded at how good this chicken over rice was… it felt like so much and I was really happy. I also ordered well done fries across the street(at Daro’s Pizzeria) to sprinkle on top of the chicken over rice. I don’t know why, but the combination of crunchy and white/barbecuey goodness is really, truly, incredible. I was in love with how good the food was. I will be coming back again. I used to be ashamed of eating at carts. I still am. Except here.

4 stars. They offer standard Halal cart fare with a smile. They are close to my Flushing residence and much appreciated. The other night I purchased a couple of gyro and was getting into my car a block away when a couple of guys approached and said the cart guy needed to see me. I walked back and he was profusely apologetic explaining that he made a mistake and short changed me a couple of dollars. Apology accepted. 5 stars!

$ 5.99 for chicken over rice & a soda. The food here is pretty good, not the best, but delicious. The portion is decent. The hot sauce here is pretty spicy… very spicy! Service was fast… This halal cart is in front of Food Plus supermarket, across from Pop’s Diner. If you’re around the area, it’s definitely worth trying.
