As an avid cyclist, my heels and feet are a bit beat up. I happen to come across Shampoo One and thought it was time to get my feet repaired, so I made an appointment with Patrice Griffin for a pedicure.
I don’t get as many pedicures as I should, but Patrice was outstanding. I walked out of Shampoo One thinking I had just bought new feet! :)
If you need some tender care for your feet, I can highly recommend Patrice at Shampoo One.

I gave my friend an $ 80 gift card to this place for prom. She got 30 minutes of work done and it looked awful. She said the guy seemed careless too. I’ve seen her do her own hair better. Sr prom is very important to a girl in high school so it’s unacceptable to make their hair look like crap. They didn’t even shampoo it or anything! It literally looked like she slept in it all night. Now she has to feel like crap the whole time she’s at prom thanks to this place. Unacceptable. This was on May 31^st. I don’t know what guy it was but not cool.

i’ really didnt want to give this place a star. it deserves no star.
i’m sorry to do this. but i went there with my girlfriend and her mom and my sister. it was a birthday present. i was sat down by a woman named teresa i believe.
she was amazing at massage therapy questions and the massage she gave me, but when it came to the nails, it was horrible. i walked out of there, wanting to cry, and not showing anybody my nails.
i got a red color cuz i thought it would look amazing since its being done professionaly, but nope, i went home and took it off :(i just feel bad for the person that paid, because that was not worth it.
it looked like a 5 year old did my nails. and at the end she didnt’ even check to see that my nails were okay.
i don’t think iwill go back, and i hope someone else has a better experience than i did.

If you a just thinking about body waxing or treating yourself to a facial, I would highly recommend Joanne at Shampoo One. I have been seeing Joanne for about 10 years now and she is a true professional. When I starting body waxing, I was extremely nervous but Joanne made it the most comfortable visit and now I won’t let anyone else «wax my brows». She really gets to know you as a person and understand what services best suit your skin needs. She is a true professional and the most knowledgeable when it comes to skin care and make up needs. I am a customer for life!

Joanne is the best! Thanks to her I’m finally wearing the right makeup colors. Her facials are delicious; relaxing and a great way to treat myself. I was so grateful I found her that I followed her to her new salon and recommend her to all my friends. She’s funny, kind but also very knowledgeable about products and treatments. Thanks to her my skin looks the best it has in year and the photos of me at my daughter’s wedding are great!

Love Erika! Not because she has the same fab name as me, but she is a color and cut goddess! She takes tremendous pride in her work. I have been going to her for a few years, my hair is healthy, long and I always get compliments. I was never able to grow my hair out, it is finally there and I love it.
I only took out a star because I think the setup of the place is kind of weird. If you go ask for Erika! You will not be let down!
