Service was good and receptionist/medical assistant was great!
But we had to wait over 1 ½ hours to get seen. That would’ve been fine but there was hardly anyone there.
Very disappointed and hope that this doesn’t happen again.

The doctor’s have always made accurate diagnosis, no complaint with them.
There is one employee who smells like an ashtray, consistently.
The office manager, Christopher Topa, was rude and took a very long time to refund an over-payment.
I had to get the BBB involved and also threaten to write to the Attorney General.

First of all, my kids feel comfortable walking into the office with all the welcoming toys and kids shows playing. The office staff is extremely helpful figuring of paperwork and insurance. And the medical professionals are amazing with our kids! They took the time to ask them questions and show them how to properly using medical equipment. The staff is nothing short of a God send. They took the time to explain every detail of instructions for medical care and helped us to fully understand what was going on. I won’t take my kids anywhere else.

I took my almost 3-year-old son there on a Sunday because he was miserably coughing. It was the first time he bad been there so understandably there was quite a bit of paperwork. We had arrived when they opened that day at noon. While in the waiting area with my son and mother-in-law, a 3-year-old little girl was running around unsupervised. She was pestering us and uncomfortably close to my son, taking toys from him and it was extremely irritating. Come to find out, she is the daughter of the female physician that works in the office. Her husband apparently works in the office as well and occasionally checks on her. It was so inappropriate to let her run around bothering patients and forcing others to babysit her. I would make sure not to go there because of it.

Kids First is WONDERFUL! I’ve had both of my girls there on different occasions and Dr. Miller was very thorough and explained everything to me and my girls. They also always follow up and make sure everything is going well. Will always take my kids there if there is any problem and my normal peds office is closed…
