I really don’t know what to say besides that we have been loyal customers since I’ve been a kid. My mom had the house phone with AT&T before they got that name. I got my first cellphone from them. And 2 phones later were still with them but their customer service has been going down. They promise you things and say things like you are getting a free iPad but did’t explain the legal Jargon as to why it’s free and how your plan is changing and what that entitles. I know this could also be blamed on me and why i didn’t ask for the specifics to this new contract, but the fact was that they were making me all these promises and saying that my plan wouldn’t change. But my bill didn’t go down and I’m Not saying money and I ended up having to pay for the iPad in the long run because it took me forever to realize why had happened to my contract or new plan. But this location doesn’t have the best staff and cannot do anything after changes have been done.

So I usually only come here to pay my bill through the kiosk, which is extremely convenient, but this time I had to go in to reconnect my line onto my iPhone. I waited about 5 – 10 minutes and then was helped by a man who had just walked in not dressed for work. Sergio didn’t introduce himself when he walked me over to the table after telling him what I needed done and spoke very little the whole my time. He actually dropped my phone on the table. He did apologize and went on to try and get me to leave with a tablet. I signed up for the Plenti program without even knowing it. He told me he was looking for discounts for my bill, but seemed more concerned with me signing up for this service and leaving with a tablet. The service I probably would’ve signed up for anyways if he had explained what it was in the first place. He was typing on my phone and just said, «Here fill this out.» And went over to his computer without telling me what I was filling out and why. I read the page and saw it was a rewards program that cost nothing so I signed up anyways, some warning or information about the program from Sergio would have been nice. Fast service, but not the most personal.

I hate AT&T! They service sucks where I live. I have the best phone out there and I still get bad reception in my house. And they still charge me for the services I don’t have access to use! They are very expensive and they make sure they get paid by having no qualms to shut your phone off and charge a $ 40 fee on top to reconnect you. If you have to go to the store God be with you because it takes forever and a day! You would think you are buying a house or a car! If you have to call them you will be on hold from now until Sunday! Terrible and expensive! To top it off I am locked in by contract! All contract phone companies are the same. They rape you every month with no Vaseline and throw penalty/late fees in just for Shitz n’ Giggles! With so much money they charge you would think they can afford to hire a few more representatives to attend to their customers needs. I have never had a call to Att shorter than 30 minutes! So when it’s time to beg them for a payment arrangement, I have to set myself up so that for a one hour window to allow them time to «resolve my issue». Bunch of rapers!

I always have a wonderful experience when I come here. In general something is always off with my att bill so I drive from downtown to this location. I have never had a problem with any of the employees that work here they are all great and very helpful. I only ask specifically for Jose because he ALWAYS solves any problem or question I have. He has a tremendous amount of experience and patience. I recommend this location to anyone no matter how far you live this is the location you want to go to.

Although appoints are not required, I suggest making one prior to coming here. I waited twenty minutes to be seen as a walk-in. This would have been fine except I was not greeted or noticed until about five minutes after coming in.

They are absolutely horrible here, walked in and waited 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. All I had to do was bit a screen protector, it took them another 15 minutes to put it on my phone. 3⁄3 I’ve been here I’ve waisted my entire lunch waiting on a simple servicing.
