Starbucks

By far my most favorite iced coffee is at this Starbucks! I usually buy it at the Starbucks in Eastvale but when I come to east Los I need to have my favorite drank!
And the baristas are soooooo nice!

Very bad service at drive thru! Took me 15 minutes to get my drink. Not to mention the employee was very rude. When I asked if it normally takes them 15min to get a drink, they replied with, «Its not my fault the customers change their order» & then, «You can come inside to order if u want, were empty inside»…really? One, if ur empty inside, then why the long wait? Two, the whole purpose of a drive thru is for the convenience & supposedly faster service. With a sleeping toddler, it’s quite a hassle & an inconvenience for me to exit my car with a diaper bag, & my child all while trying to carry my drinks to the car & trying not spill my drinks.

Went there the other day drive-​thru I asked for a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel and I got a hot one so I nicely let the girl know and she gave me and iced one but it seemed that they put like 1 shot of espresso and it tasted like water. I know my drink I use to work at a Starbucks so it was al wrong
