Just left as a very disappointed customer. When I went to order they told me they had no bread bowls left. What kind of place that has the word bread in the name runs out of bread?

I qualified through MyPanera points for a free drink and AFTER I got back to my office, I open up the bag and there was an empty cup. I don’t know if you’re allowed to say this, but that was complete and utter b*******. I would call or go back and say something if I had paid for it, but what kind of customer service is that. I will never go back here.

I’ve been coming here for quite a few years now as it is the only local Panera in the Levittown/Wantagh area. It’s a great spot to have a cozy meal with a friend.
The food is delicious; very consistent with the Panera standard. As I count calories, I go for the Frontega Chicken Panini if I’m feeling generous with my calories or the Soba Chicken Salad if I’m sticking to a stricter calorie count for dinner. Both are extremely tasty and leave my stomach very satisfied.
The service is OK; quick and efficient. If you’re looking for a nice and cozy meal to catch up with a friend or to get some work done while eating, I highly suggest checking Panera out over here!

I’ve been going to this Panera for years so it’s safe to say that the food is consistently good. However, they could do a better job at cleaning up the place during peak hours. The bowl bins tend to get over run and the customers don’t do too good of a job organizing their dirty dish ware. Otherwise I love my Panera rewards and I’m always getting free drinks and baked goods when I use it. And I am always happy that they carry Pepsi products so I can get my Mountain Dew fix.

I don’t understand what’s up with the negative reviewed. I ordered online and went to pick it up. It was fast, quick and the staff are friendly. I was in and out in 5 mins. But they do seem to have just hired a bunch of new staffs and I did stopped by early. I went on a Sat morning.

I’ve been in this location quite a few times, always expecting they actually put on extra chz and chicken on the Caesar Salad i paid for and they never do and had to ask over the counter for more chz and show them what they just gave me and they just say they cant give me more. This issue is ONLY at this location. I went to the one at Garden City and they actually give you what you’re paying for.

Complete disaster. The cashier, Marcela, completely ruined my order and out of the two things I ordered she did not get one right. Unfortunately I took this to go and looked inside the bag while I was in the car. I don’t see the difficulty in getting a sandwich and a salad right.

I like this panera bread. The kids love their frontega chicken panini. The place is always clean and service is fast. Theres parking in the front or the back of the restaurant. I ordered rapid pick up one time and it wasnt ready in the «Rapid pick up» sectoin. Had to go to the line and ask for my «Rapid pick up» It wasnt ready, But they were quick in preparing my meal. Overall ok spot. I just cannot stand when you advertise «rapid pick up» but do not use it so I had to take out two stars. Thank you

The interior is really nice, better than most Panera bread and very big. When we first walked in we waited for someone to notice us so I had to ask «who’s working the cashier register». She just stared at me with no response. WTF. and waited for another worker to help us. Then she comes over and asks if she should take over. She was unknowledgeable about what’s in the food and drinks. She had to think for a minute then ask someone else. The service was slow and I’d never come back. The food was good tho. Waste waste waste

This review may be a bit biased due to my dislike for panera in general. However, I was disappointed to see how small the soup in the breadbowls were despite them being more priced than the soup in a bowl. The bread seemed a little stale/hard, and the crust was difficult to chew through. The soup itself was very delicious, but I’ve had better.

I’ve been here a few times as this is the closest one to my place. I find the place clean, food is fresh and the service fast. I usually order a takeout and am out in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking outside.

Horrible Horrible customer service. We are huge fan of panera but the staff here is just unbearable. Ordered two soups and discovered that one of our soup was missing at home! went back to the restaurant only to face the audacity of the staff who wouldn’t trust us! seriously! who would try to profit of a small panera soup??? on top of it they never apologized or refunded our money. After much INVESTIGATION we finally walked out with one tiny bowl of soup richer! ridiculous! Guys go to another panera if you want a decent experience.

Fresh food and decent prices that are a bit cheaper than lunches in the city. Lots to choose from with my favorite being the frozen mocha drink as well as the green tea.
Make sure you tell them if you like chips, bread or an apple as not everyone here will ask you.
Best to avoid the rush at noon on weekdays as the parking lot gets full

I have been to Panera Bread before this location being my last one & so far the times I have visited have been good.
I stopped by this location this past weekend & in comparison this location is pretty big, plenty of seating, parking.
I came in for Breakfast this time around tried the Sausage egg & cheese on Ciabatta Bread… delicious the bread is so tasty. I had my sandwich with a Strawberry smoothie, good smoothie also great tasting.
My company had an Ice coffee & the Steak & Egg Bagel, great sandwich as well good taste.
We manage to have some room & tried the Strawberry Rhubarb cake, delicious !!
Panera has great healthy choices with plenty of choices, prices are reasonable & so far none in the past or this location has disappointed.
The staff here is very friendly, we certainly enjoyed our breakfast.

I like coming to this Panera Bread spot. The food is consistently good. Today I found out they service Mac & Cheese. I’ve been having a craving for that. I went to about 3 – 4 spots including 2 soul food places for mac & cheese. They were ok at best but the mac & cheese at Panera was actually good. I give it 3.5 stars out of 5. I make really good mac & cheese so its hard to compete plus I’ve had some from the deep down south so… Anyway, I really like the Chicken Cobb Salad with avocado. I also like their wild rice & chicken soup. Fontega Chicken sandwich is pretty nice too. This spot though has some real pretty women dining here. My buddy and i come to mingle and people watch here. Just another option besides the good food =)

Standard Panera. Good location with lots of parking. The staff is friendly, but the lunch rush can leave little to no seating. I love the soups with whole wheat baguette. The bakery items are always fresh. I love getting the chocolate croissant as an occasional treat.

Hmm tuff panera reviewers…
All hail the pumpkin muffie! Called my brother in VA who was at a panera and told him he had to try the pumpkin muffie… but already ate one.
Pumpkin muffie is awesome is apparently common knowledge.
Finally grateful for those spinach artichoke breakfast souffles and fresh hazelnut coffee with milk and HONEY.
Quick service. Good food.
