I got double steak fajitas. I’m a big steak fanatic and let me tell you, I was very disappointed. It was 10pm on a Saturday night and not busy either. The meat was pale in color, texture like rubber, and tasted disgusting. For a 50 $ check I was really upset. I couldn’t even finish half my plate it was that gross :(

Terrible service. Waitress had a big attitude and was really mean to our table. Our food took forever to come. There was even a bigger table who got the ir food before us and came in after us. We asked the mananger for a drink and we had to wait 30 minutes for a lemonade. It wasn’t even busy for mother’s day but I guess it’s for a reason.

Server was friendly and polite. Then it happened. I was looking forward to table side guacamole but dinner came before it arrived. Depressing. I love guac. Next the chili must have been vegetarian cause there lacked anything resembling beef. Depressing. I ate my daughter’s salad thinking it was mine. The other server placed it in front of me. I should have known when I was eating ranch dressing. It was supposed to be balsamic. My daughter got mad when her replacement had old lettuce.. gross. Slimy. The friendly server saved the day with a free dessert. It was molten chocolate awsomeness.

Always a go to when looking for last minute dinner. I never really fine in but curbside to go is very efficient for a working Mom. Reason they don’t get 5 stars is because sometimes my nachos app is burnt and it’s a big disappoint when I get home, well that and they sent us home with the wrong order once. Nothing horrible and I will still come back!!!

This is a review of all chilis and their lame rewards system, unlike Fridays your chilis points expire, I went expecting some freebies but was just irritated to find all my rewards were gone. I will never go to chilis again I will just go to Fridays when my rewards are usable. You also have to jump through hoops and do their challenges to increase points. I called to place a take out order, I was put on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up. I won’t try to order from here again.

Very long wait misquoted wait time by quite a bit. We waited 45 minutes and then were told it would be another 25. We never saw a dining room supervisor.

I like the two for twenty but every time we seem to go our bill is different we order the same thing every time one waiter will charge us extra for stuff while another one won’t I am comfused. Normally food comes on time but last night food took an hour to get there it was like they had to kill the cow for the steak and catch the fish.

Great restaurant for Commack. The burgers here are pretty good. They make the fries good. I love the salsa here. It’s mild but it has a small spicy kick to it. The table side guacamole is delicious. But my favorite thing here is… The Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae! They make the cookie right out of the oven and serve it in a skillet to keep it warm. The ice cream tastes delicious on it. They have clean tables, the touch screen, and warm and happy atmosphere.

My mum is picky… she likes it here. The burgers aren’t bad… fair selection of food… if you get the $ 35 meal it’s a LOT of food. MUCH better than Ruby Tuesdays down the block! It’s a chain… don’t expect any fancy food.

Food was okay, maybe 3 stars, but then, right after we paid… roaches. A couple on the wall near the kitchen. Ate there twice this week, but never again. Now I feel like bugs are crawling up my legs!

Came here pretty early on a Saturday. It took a couple of minutes for them to realize my party was waiting. But once they did, everything else went pretty well. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. The food was good. The waitress forgot to take our free chips and salsa off the check, but quickly fixed it when we brought it to her attention. I’d definitely come back here again. Enjoy the cheese fries!

I am very sentimental about my Chili’s so my review is higher then most. There food doesn’t hit it out of the park, their drinks are either too strong or too weak and the service is hit or miss. That being said… dammit I love their honey chipotle crispers. It is awesome… their other stuff eh… but crispers boom goes the dynamite. I am pretty much basing my rating on honey chipotle crispers. The dinner came out a little too fast no more than 5 – 10 minutes after we got our appetizers but the Lighter Choice Grilled Chicken Sandwich is sooooo good!!!

1 of 3 main chained restaurants in the Commack/East Northport area, the others being Applebees and Chili’s. If you come here on a week night it won’t be busy but Friday, Sat, and Sunday are packed. They provide similar yet somewhat different menu’s to Fridays and Applebees but the molten cake here kicks ass! I also highly suggest their chips and salsa, yeah its basic but the chips are really fresh. This restaurant is also one of the more recently built chains in the area which explains the sparkyness it has(is that even a word?). I wish they had some type of late night deals especially after 10 pm and or football deals for Sundays and Mondays.

Everyone has eaten at a Chili’s at some point in their life. And gosh darnit, I don’t know what it is. but I’ve been here four times in the past two months. The reason I used to come here back in the day as a broke college kid was for the 2fers — two for one all day, every day. Yay! And that includes stuff like Sam Adams and Blue Moon. Are you going to get super crafty beer? No. Pumpkin beer? Negative. Watered down and too sugary sweet margaritas? Yes. But I’m a Blue Moon kinda gal many days, so it’s cool with me. Though on my most recent visit they were out(boo). I miss the days of the bottomless tostada chips for $ 1.50. Now it’s about $ 3.00. I mean, there really aren’t any healthy appetizers here — everything is deep fried. But it’s a chain restaurant, beer, TV’s, friends, families, I get it. Then why rate it a 4? Honestly — it’s a cheap meal, the food is decent and 2fers! They have a 2 for $ 20 deal that has some healthy options so that’s good. Last time I was here I got the avocado burger black bean style, and added buffalo sauce(since I need to spice everything up) with mashed instead of fries(a typical Mandi maneuver). The mashed weren’t as good this time, but the black bean burger with Swiss and avocado with the hot sauce on a whole wheat bun — yum. Not bad at all. Better than your average Morningstar Farms variety from the grocery store, and at $ 8.79, not a bad deal at all. The boy had the grilled chicken margarita style, which is served over black beans and rice and he finished his plate, not a morsel left. The Sam’s winter ale(currently on tap) was decent too — and served in a cold frosty mug. The service was also decent, and was the other times I came here as well. I like this place better than Applebee’s, but I think it might be a tie between here and Friday’s — pretty much on par with one another. I’ve had the grilled chicken here too and it was good. Nothing too much to complain about, really — other than maybe get at least one healthy app Chili’s! Also, sometimes you wait a bit to get your food, but nothing else to really gripe about.

Okay everyone, don’t come down on me. I freakin’ love Chili’s. I’ve loved Chili’s restaurants since I was a broke-ass college kid in Boston(sucks) drinking two-fers every Friday night with my crew at the now closed Chili’s in Harvard Square. There’s something to be said about consistency, and this is the one guarantee you will get at a Chili’s establishment. Every other competing restaurant chain pales in comparison. Applebee’s is clearly the worst. The East Northport location is your typical Chili’s, although the bar is a bit smaller and more awkwardly shaped than some other locations. Service here is quick, as with most Chili’s. And the food is, well, the food is Chili’s typical fare, which for some reason is my goddamn guilty pleasure. Had it last night, enjoyed it more than the high-dollar French restaurant I ate at in Manhattan two nights earlier. If you haven’t had the Queso dip at Chili’s, your life simply isn’t complete. It’s a warm, melted queso with chunks of ground beef in it, served with warm tortilla chips(fresh made at Chili’s). It’s sooooo freakin’ bad for you but tastes sooooo delicious! My favorite entrée is their BBQ chicken salad, although they used to have a Cobb salad, which was similar, but it doesn’t appear on the menu anymore, and that Cobb salad ruled. Prices are sensible, Chili’s famous two-fers are the bomb, and no one can beat that Queso.
