Papa John’s Pizza

I ordered last night, Large 1 topping pizza was $ 18 and I was told carryout would still be $ 18 when typically it costs less. I got my order almost 2 hours later AND IT WAS COLD… yet I live 3 miles away, 5 minute drive. I want a refund.

I have been to this location on plenty occasions but think last night was my last visit. The store had several employees on staff but was still behind in getting pizza out. When I did receive my pizza, it was not good (first time in history) and tasted like it had been sitting.

Why are they still open!!! Horrible service. When I walked in to pick up discovered they were running a special. I would have to wait 20 minutes to get a larger pizza for less!

I don’t know what it is about this particular location of the Papa John’s franchise, but they are horrendously slow!
When they first opened at the market place, I could get a pizza in a timely fashion and it wouldn’t take them over 30 minutes to make and have ready. Nowadays it seems as if there is always a wait of an hour to 2 hours!
My last order from them came in the form of making an online delivery. After choosing the pizza and checking out, I opened my email to find that it would take them 90 minutes to make and deliver my pizza! I wish Papa John’s online service included the time it would take to get your pizza BEFORE you pay and checkout. If I would’ve known it would take them this long, I wouldn’t have ordered from this location! It took 2 hours to receive it! At the end of last year I decided to order from them, but carryout and that even took them well over an hour!
Well, I guess John monitors the wait time because I received a coupon for a free pizza to try them again, but I think the damage is done. I’ve written off this location. Why is the wait so long? The pizza is good, but it isn’t THAT good.

The pizza is generally good when I order and I do so quite often. I just couldn’t give 4 or even 5 stars because a few of the female cashiers are very rude and need to be fired asap. I’ve had a couple good experiences here like they let me have a pizza once when they gave me the wrong one and prepared a new one for me and the girl that time was very sweet and chipper. But I usually walk out slightly offended by one of the ratchet female cashiers they have working there. My boyfriend was upset with the service by one particular girl who I’m familiar with as well I’ll post her name if I see her again. I love papa johns and always get good service at the MLK location which seems pretty backwards. I never do delivery so I can’t speak to that but pick up wise your food is as fresh and delicious as you are on time.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and ghetto staff. Will hang up in your face and be rude because they don’t want to do their jobs. I recommend you order your food elsewhere. You get what you pay for!

It took an hour for them to notify me of a «policy change» which now they no longer deliver to my street after dark. There is no crime or other activities in my area. They said this was since July, however I’ve ordered many pizzas after dark since July. Have people who actually want to work.

Rude and disrespectful! I called asking about their specials and I was immediately told «WE ARE CLOSED!» in the nastiest tone. I usually overlook tones of voice but her’s was so loud that it almost burst my eardrum through the phone. I’m highly upset and disappointed with the services here!

Service is sub par at best. Never have gotten through on the phone without being put on hold first.

Pizza is fresh when I get it and always hot. Throw in some extra garlic and peppers, what more can you ask for? This location stays busy so I hate being on hold for long periods of time.
