Food and staff were great. Going back next time in Atlanta.

Wow. Great food. The drinks excellent. But our service is outstanding. Summer was super on the job but never intrusive. Great job. We are so happy we came in. And be sure to ask for Summer for the best service

I do not believe I am not a difficult customer, but the server was distant, my order was wrong, and when I asked for a to go cup for my tea the waitress gave me a child size cup. When I asked for a larger one, she refused to pour it, saying it was a company policy. I have been to many Ruby Tuesdays and and receive the regular size to go cups. It is a shame. Ruby Tuesdays was my favorite burger place. This is the first time I have ever received bad service from a Ruby Tuesday and will not be returning to this location.

I love this Ruby Tuesday’s. It is one of the best I’ve been to and certainly one of the best run in the metro area. We come here often. Despite what the earlier reviewer said, it is also the cleanest. Servers constantly checked and cleaned the salad bar. They also place thermometers in the contents to make sure they were at the correct temperature. The overall service is also awesome! They have some of the nicest servers. We have never been disappointed.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch as it is very close to airport hotels. Not the cleanest feel and the salad bar had some items empty. They were later filled. The chicken tenders were pretty good and the fries came out hot. Gluten free options available. Server was attentive. Tables were small. Good place to fill up on salad.

Thursday night. Dead inside. Sat at bar. Bartender was nice. Ordered a chicken sandwich. It came out fast and was worse than something you’d get from burger king. Zero effort. The fries were worse, taste like dirty dish water.

Went there with a vendor for lunch. It took an hour to get our food, and then my order was incorrect. Our server tried to convince me that I ordered something else, but I know what I ordered. As did everyone else in our party. Plus, it was obvious that they had just slapped the cheese on my burger when it came back to the table, and was no longer hot and the cheese didn’t look right. An hour?! I will not be returning.

Ruby Tuesday had tastey burgers but they are way over priced. The fast food chains have some good burgers that taste better and are priced right. It’s a popular place with a lot of people and service is generally good. You can tell though that table turnover is a priority. There are lots of good burger places out there these days and these guys are somewhere in the middle.

First time here. Visiting from CA where we have the commercials but not the restaurant. After the wait at our 1^st choice was too long, we decided to go to RT.
The drinks (Ruby Relaxer and Peach Margarita) were amazing. If I ever returned, it would be for the drinks.
Sadly, the food was a huge disappointment. The salad bar was a mess and the vegetables were not fresh.
It took almost 40 minutes to receive our food and then the burgers were wrong. This was fixed quickly but they were in no way «premium». I left the fries and half a burger. My friend’s chicken broccoli pasta had overcooked chicken and undercooked pasta.
The waitress was apologetic, took it off the bill and even offered a fresh order to go so that was nice. But it wasn’t worth it.
I’ve crossed it off my bucket list and now at least won’t wonder when the commercials come on.

Overall the food wasn’t that bad but terribly slow service, no clean tables, no urgency when it came to customer service, and my order was done wrong and it took twice as long to get the correct version of my order in which it tasted like it was microwaved.

Friendly staff but overall service was very slow. Food for everyone at the table came out at various and long, intervals of time. After about a 25-​minute wait for a kid’s turkey burger at one point, they brought us the adult plate instead. The waitress noticed the error and asked if we wanted to change it the kid’s plate. I requested to stay with what had been brought because my child could not wait another 25 minutes for the correct order. I ordered a medium-​well Top Sirloin but was disappointed with the amount of juice from the sirloin that appeared to flood the entire plate and its contents. The sirloin tasted dry. The check had a charge for an adult turkey burger plate instead of the kid’s. The waitress, after speaking with the manager, explained that the charge would not change because the adult plate is what had come out. No acknowledgement from management regarding their error on the order and long wait time for the food makes it appear that the customer pays the price for the restaurant’s incompetence. Disappointing overall experience and definitely not returning here.

My family and I decided to stop in and grab a bite. Good food, good drinks and we loved it!
