We go here for open play during the week. The gym is always set up nicely for the kids, the price is good, and the assistants are wonderful. They remember every childs name and will get down and play with them. Last week we received a personal note from one of the girls thanking the boys for«helping her» while they were there — they were over the moon when they opened it up.

This place is far below any expectations. The staff is usually nice with the exception of the owner or anyone else handling«issues». Out of the 4 classes per month at $ 90 a month they cancel at least one. All but one were canceled this month of February. There we are left with a very specific make up class and if we cannot make it the«too bad» as told to me by the owner. Opon explaining my situation the owner explained there is nothing she could do and refused to push my payment to the next month or refund me the $ 90. Now our 5 year old who love it there after going for a year, might I add, will have to go somewhere else due to the complete disregard of their clients and students. My advice is to run far, far away

My older child(age 5) really loved it, but my three year old kept getting injured, once quite significantly. When I tried to cancel for him, I was charged for an additional month in spite of having been told when I signed up that I «could cancel at any time,» which was clearly not the case. When I tried to appeal to billing, I was condescended to about what I knew and what I signed. So the staff for older kids are good, but I would say not as anticipatory as they need to be for younger kids, and the administrative staff, in particular billing, were absolutely horrific to deal with. I would not go back, because dealing with the billing staff was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured.

Okay my review is essentially in 2 parts. My daughter(age 7) has been going here for 9 months for two lessons a week. She loves it and loves all the instructors. The staff is great and are wonderful and caring with all the kids. The price is very reasonable for the one on one instruction the kids get. But the reason for a 3 star review is this, they close down for EVERYTHING! I can’t for the life of me figure out why the close down for every school vacation. Why? The tuition is taken out in full every month. So if your child goes twice a week you have to go to make up classes. You can’t get credited for the days, and the make up classes are ONLY the first Saturday of the month. You can make up other classes every Saturday but during open gym without one on one instruction. I feel bad for the employees, imagine your place of work closes for at least 3 full weeks a year for no good reason. Again my problem is with the owner and her alone. The staff is awesome!

I take my child here for open play and have been for over a year. While I agree with the other reviewer, your child will probably get more out of it if he/she is 2 and over. It’s a gym so, no, you won’t be able to eat off the floors, but it is as clean as a gym will be. No one has ever asked my child to take off their socks, however I usually do because it helps them to grip the equipment better. The price is great, $ 16 a month! Can’t beat that. The only con, for me and my child, is they took away the enrichment room(I think that’s what they called it) to add office space. My child really enjoyed the activities they had in that room and it was a nice change of scenery from the main gym. So, for that, they lose a star. The staff is great. A few of them my child really looks forward to seeing :) I can’t speak for the gymnastics lessons/team portion of RGA, but I can tell you that open play here has saved my sanity on really hot and really cold days when otherwise my child would be stuck in the house. :)

I am a team member at this gymnastics academy and i have been at this academy for years. I started off when i was really little and then just let it go because i didnt think i was being taught enough. Then a few years later i came back and i was enrolled as an advanced member. It was really fun and they taught me so much. Then the next year i got enrolled as a team member ! The coaches at this gym are soooo kind ! And they always try there hardest to make everything clean and always put away the equipment. They are constantly vacuuming, and dusting. This gym is overall very clean. It is also very fun for little children to go to open play, the teachers are always watching them so they can be as safe as possible, trust me your kids will be in good hands. Theere is lots of equipment so your lottle ones can get all their energy out on and try mew cool things ! I recommend this gymnastics place to everyone !!

I took my son here for open play. He’s 15 months old and I think most of it is too old for him. It should be for ages 2 and up. This place was absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty, the equipment looked old, it smelled and the toys in the waiting area looked old and dirty. The whole place is dingy looking and I can’t believe you have to take your child’s socks off with the floor being so dirty. I will not be returning and I’m thinking about calling the department of health on this place.

Open play spaces around these parts seem to have a few things in common — chaos, screaming toddlers, misspelled names(Kidz Wurld, Kidz Kastle), and music that makes you cringe even if you’ve been listening to nothing but kids tunes for the past three years. Luckily, RGA’s open play is not one of those. Even on a crowded holiday Monday, the space is big enough that chaos was kept to a minimum. While there is the ubiquitous bounce house, there is also a variety of gymnastic equipment set up for toddlers and preschoolers so they can get out energy while trying new tasks. I was even impressed with the music: the least grating variety of kids songs with some adult songs thrown in as well. We didn’t have any interaction with the instructors, but they seemed pleasant enough and kept the whole atmosphere orderly. And my son — who normally naps for an hour — slept for three hours afterward. Enough said.
