I should start by saying that my pedicure was 4 stars– lovely massage and soothing all around. BUT– the gel manicure I got was terrible. The woman was very nice but first she rushed my cuticle care so it was uneven and I had hanging bits left. Then when she did the gel she ran right onto my skin on 6 nails. I didn’t realize this while we were chatting which is my bad. So I ended up with little gel spikes on my badly cut cuticles and having to peel and break the gel off of my skin. This meant those nails started peeling almost immediately. I finally gave up and took it off after only 8 days. To find that she’d also scuffed my nails so deeply they look awful with no polish on. Sigh. I wanted to like this place– clean and convenient and nice people– but no way am I going back.

Nail Art is a nice little shop. I popped into the salon for a mani/pedi as I did not want to be bothered with the traffic on Monroe Avenue and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, my mani/pedi was well done and the price was reasonable. Best of all, the salon was clean. I agree with some of the earlier reviewers that this is not an «upscale» salon but then neither are the prices. If you want a good mani/pedi at a reasonable price, you will want to give this salon a visit.

Have to give a shout out here… These girls do the most amazing job on pedicures and manicures They are meticulous in preparing your nails for a flawless finish. I usually go with the number 2 package for feet which includes an exfoliating rub, hot towels and an incredible massage. The polish is done perfect and always lasts at least a month. They also have the largest selection of nail(and gel nail) polish I have ever seen. The owner also does waxing(she is painless and so much less expensive than other salons) The owners are incredibly sweet and really try to get to know their clients My favorite by far

I used to come here all the time for about 4 years. During those 4 years they went from charging $ 20 for a pedicure to charging anywhere from $ 25-$ 42. I understand that they are trying to become a classy spa, but it really turns me off when they hand me a menu and ask which option I want – I always pick the cheapest because I am on a budget, and I get asked if I am sure. Yes I am sure! My favorite nail tech doesn’t work there anymore. It happened around the time that they changed their prices too. Sue you are awesome! I would go back if a friend really wanted to go there, but for the price and service, I go to NY Pro Nails now.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost 9 years. Over time, they have really demonstrated progress. I am specifically pleased with their spa pedicure services(approximately $ 58). They are friendly people-family oriented & down to earth. Usually about 5 techs available at a time. They also offer Shelack polish changes and manicures for $ 15 – 35.00

Perfectly adequate. Coming from San Francisco, I find the service on par with similar, less-expensive places than full-service salons. Yes, the manager is abrupt, however the the technicians themselves are pleasant. Please be appreciative of other cultures if you visit this salon.
