After pump number 4 would not accept my debit card, I went inside to pay. After returning to the pump the screen directed me to choose my fuel grade button before pumping. I am absolutely certain I chose regular fuel. I did the whole glance around, nothing to look at while I’m pumping thing while filling up and just as I looked over at the gallon/price indicator to see if it was almost done I noticed a light above the premium button. I thought it strange and was not sure if these normally light up to indicate what you are pumping but I figured I would find out when the pump stopped which it did just as that thought crossed mind. It had somehow charged me for premium gas even though I definitely pressed regular. I went back inside to tell the cashier who told me she couldn’t refund me for gas I had already pumped in a tone which suggested I was lying. I repeated what had happened and she then snottily replied there was nothing she could do. I was trying to tell her the pump was malfunctioning and she didn’t care. I asked for her name as I planned to take it up with management and she became extremely defensive even though I explained I did not blame her(for essentially stealing my money) but I needed a name when I explained the situation to the management. She jotted it down and then left the counter in a huff to refill the coffee pots. She did not shut down the pump, inspect it or put a sign up for customers. Horrible customer service and apparently malfunctioning pumps. BEWARE.

This is a place for a quick fill up on gas only. Store is older, dirty and limited selection on products. They only had one cashier on the floor.
