The Learning Experience

I have never had the need to rate or write a review for any daycare services. But I was very disappointed in the Learning Experience Academy. I waited 1 year until it finally opened to put my daughter in this place from 2014 to August 2015. To find that the teachers are not ratio to the same amount of children they should have to manage a class. The place is clean and the curriculum excellent but the changing of teachers not permanent and the changing of Directors even worse. The most recent Director (Maritza, A) is extremely rude sugar coats all incidents and you will not find out what happens to your child unless someone from the inside or a parent in passing tells you. My daughter was found outside the gate in the parking lot of the school and no one saw her. I was never informed or nor was there an incident report given. It seems that the alarm on the gate does not work and my ²¹⁄₂ year old was able to open and walk out with another child. I addressed the issue and all this Director could say it happens as if it was something minor. Not all that work there are the same but if I were you I be weary about this place not everything that sparkles and is shines is good. Beware of the incidents that happen at this site that parents don’t know about. Children having Ocular Surgery due to injury or loosing teeth these things parents don’t hear of. My child no longer attend this school thank god. For the money you pay its not worth the anxiety of being at work and wondering whose really watching your child. Child Care should be more than just a business you should really be in it for the children.
