Booked online a couple hours before tee time for a very low price, no issues when I arrived. Played on a Saturday ~12:30, place was packed. Group in front of us was a foursome with two dads and their kids, let our twosome play though and didn’t encounter much slow play from there. Lots of water around the course, some where its supposed to be, and a bunch where its not. Pretty swampy in some places. They’ve given up on the bunkers completely, most are overgrown water filled mosquito havens, no sand to be found. Greens were nice, not too scarred up, firm, but not overly so. Pretty straightforward course, though. Not to many twists or turns, just need to be wary of the water if you’re a hard slice or hook hitter. 3 stars because it was so inexpensive with a cart (12 bucks), otherwise the bunkers alone push it into 2 star territory.

The location is less than ideal, but I’ve played this course 3 times and the staff has always been friendly and the course was in good shape.
Prices are very reasonable as well.
