Subway

There is one gentlemen who works here who is very nice. You will know who he is if you’re waited on by him. The other people, unfortunately, aren’t as friendly. This Subway in particular is dirty. My wife and I will rarely eat inside the restaurant, because seemingly there is never a clean table available. This is because the lack of workforce maintaining the restaurant. Lines are very long, and it can take awhile to get served at this location. Rarely will the fuze Iced Tea be available for the guests. I don’t eat any of the meat because quite honestly, it disgusts me. I don’t know how anybody can eat lunch meat that has been sitting in a container for god knows how long. The sweet and banana peppers are never prepped correctly, and I find myself chewing into their stems with every sandwich. Basically, I think that I’m completely done with this location. Subway is not very good to begin with. But this location in particular is obviously below average.

WTH! I went in and saw the sign for a $ 4 lunch with a 6 inch sub and a drink. I ordered a veggie patty 6 inch sub and a drink. When ringing it up, I saw these SMALL bag of chips I like so I tossed then on the counter and I get a price tag close to $ 7. «Caught in the lights for a second» I paid then said wait… $ 4 for a sub and a drink on your special and you’re charging me almost $ 3 more for a tiny 50 cent bag of chips. I get told by this male 4 ft employee that I didn’t ask for the $ 4 lunch special and instead got the meal price. I said politely you have a posted special that says $ 4 for a lunch and you want to charge me more because I didn’t specifically say «POSTED LUNCH SPECIAL» when paying. I asked for my $ back and the guy is super pissed and saying «I can’t even do this because I’m so upset» because you wanted a meal and not a sandwich with a drink special and a 50 cent bag of chips. Funk yu! A female employee refunded me my money after all the turmoil. It was not $ out of his pocket and he’s talking o me like I’m stealing because I didn’t specifically say «Hey, on the down low, charge me you’re posted cheaper price» Deuce bag

The buffalo chicken sub was average, but I was slightly irritated by the workers at this location. My coupon said buy a footlong or 6 inch and get another free. I had a footlong and a 6 inch and yet they would not give me the 6 inch for free. I’m normally a patient and polite person but to me this is just unreasonable. They claimed you must buy 2 subs of the same length. The 6 inch is cheaper, I feel they should have happily given the smaller sub!!! I ended up paying full fare for both, following a snobby explanation from 2 employees. I won’t be coming back to this subway.
