Paid $ 140 for them to fix our dishwasher. Came out three times, and it’s still not fixed. Over a month ago they told us they were waiting on a part and have yet to return our calls. Also, their voicemail is now full.
Update: I didn’t request money back, I requested the job to be finished. We have left 3 voicemails over the the last month and none have been returned (Voicemail now being full, we cannot contact them). They never specified which part they were waiting for or gave us any details except to let us know «it should be in and done in a week». Absolutely no information has been given to us by this company, vague statements and false deadlines only.
Please, don’t use this company.

I will not trust any company who does not even stand by their appointment time scheduled. John (who, may I add, sounds so nice over the phone…) was to give me an estimate Monday ¹⁄₂₀ between 9−11am. He never showed up; he never called. I attempted to call him but, funny, his mailbox was full. Sorry, John, you snooze, you lose.

By far my worst customer service experience of my life!!! After the manufacturer of my oven recommended this company, I had them come out to look at my oven they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part cashed my $ 250 deposit check and weeks later they call to schedule installation of the part and never show up, now another three weeks later and repetitive calls and I still can’t get them to return my call, give me my money back or repair my oven, contacting a lawyer today, these people never return calls, operate a business out of a town house In Easton, I filed complaints with my local law enforcement the BBB and the states attorney general. I strongly suggest you do not call these con artists!!!
