Food was good. Wait staff was horrible!!! I would have gotten a friendlier greeting from a pack of wolves. The guy who seated us basically ran us to the table. The waitress took our order and disappeared until someone else brought us our food. Then she reappeared with the check only to give us $ 2 change instead of $ 17! Apparently she needed it more then we did. NEVERAGAIN!!!

I love it here. They got many sauces for the wings. They got a lot of beers and drinks. So many TVs to watch football, hockey, tennis etc. There’s a machine that lets you play music whatever song you want for a dollar a song. You could be seated outside if you want. Service is great. The nacho burger is the best. And my favorite sauce to get for my wings is the garlic parmesan sauce. Five stars*****

Been to many Buffalo Wild Wings establishments and this one is one of the better ones I have been to. Seated quickly, writes did a great job and food came out quick and tasty.

3 stars because my server was excellent this visit. I travel a lot on business in the US and Canada and love chicken wings so BWW is a frequent stop. My last visit to this location the wings arrived only warm. Usually they are so hot I have a hard time eating them at first. Also, they seemed more fatty than usual with a distinct over abundance of wings v legs. Personally I prefer the legs but there should at least be an even mix. I also only got one cup of blue cheese dressing for a medium order of traditional including celery and carrots. I usually get two cups. Service and food quality at this location is inconsistent. I’m disappointed that so many Lehigh Valley restaurants don’t compare with others in other areas.(Don’t get me started about the size of the rolls at our local Texas Road House compared to others I’ve visited = chincy)

BWW is the best — hands down. Even the beer tastes better! the staff is really nice, Not to mention they have the best wings and sauces. We always order a ton of wings, side salad, Mac and cheese(so bomb!) and mozzarella sticks. Only but amazing! Never had a bad time in the 76 times we have visited this BWW and other BWW!!! BWW forever !

Friday night 7pm. We were seated quickly but sat for 15 mins waiting for a server and nobody came to even say hello or take our drink order so we left. Awful service and the host didn’t even apologize or offer to fix the situation.

Food was okay once it was delivered. Appetizer and meals all came out at once– 40 minutes after placing our order. Wait staff just had excuses about new management and kitchen help saying ‘they really don’t seem to know the business or care to learn it.’ No concerns from the wait staff either they all took an «It just is what it is» attitude and actually said its just how it is there. Really?!?

Omg I love coming here just for the wings and fries. It’s one of the only few places where I can get garlic wings. And I also get some free appetizer because I signed up through email. The place is nice and clean. The chairs are hard to sit. They need some cushion on it. You have a choice of eating inside or outside. The place has a lot of TV to see the recent sports.

Food was good, but service on a Thursday lunch break was extraordinarily slow, especially considering there were only 3 or 4 other occupied tables.

Ok. When you order take away. Check your order. Last night went to pick up wings and a appetizer. When they took the order explained wanted blue cheese. Well. When the gal went thru the bag to check the order, yes the wings were fine but she overlooked the blue cheese. Who eats wings without it but also was on the order ticket. Also the appetizer was messed up when got home and drove all the way back to get a re-do. Food was good but the finish product of the ordering process needs to be fine tuned. Nuff said.

i’m glad we went there before reading all the previous reviews or we probably wouldn’t have gone. visited on a Saturday evening at dinner time and the place was packed. I haven’t experienced service like that since I can’t remember when. TOPFREAKINNOTCH! waiter was excellent, food came out fast and was great! only complaint is the menu.(check my previous review on quaker steak and lube) the wings are listed in sizes starting at «snack» and go up in quantity from there. BUT, the menu doesn’t say how many you get in a «snack» size, etc. the waiter(without being asked) explained the reg wings come in multiples of 5 and the boneless come in multiples of 8. I can’t figure out for the life of me why these places can’t put that right on the menu. this place kicks quaker steak and lubes butt in both service and quality. we will be back.

Used to be the place to stop and grab wings to take home… this is the second time my order has been messed up. Non-existent sauce on wings(see posted picture) is the last straw… my fault for not opening the boxes and looking, I guess since a customer came in complaining about this exact thing while I was waiting for my order, but seriously… pfft. Not to mention, pay for two extra ranch dressings, since I’m allergic to bleu cheese, I get ONE. If you’re going to charge 20 cents per tiny cupful at least make sure they are in the bag when you tell the customer«you’re sauces are in the bag». But even with this piss poor customer service, this visit is better than my previous visit when they forgot half of my order… for Pete’s sake… get your crap together, you’re giving BWW a very bad name. I’ve given this particular franchise site a second chance, I will not be driving 40 minutes for a third try.

Dining Date February 27, 2015 Good selection of wings and beer. Dozens of TVs with sports on full time. Service is good, prices are steep.

Was with a group of 13 and the staff were all very accommodating. Only had to wait around 5 minutes to be seated. Waitress who took our order was nice and checked in with my party several times to make sure everything was ok. I had a build your own burger which was tasty. The only negative part about this trip was my friend ordered the Queso Burger and it was made rather sloppy.

A chain that offers the same pub fair everywhere. Tons of TVs to see all the games and very loud on game days. Service and food are fair. Bold colors and TVs are the basic décor and it is moderately priced.

Totally underwhelmed :/My boyfriend and I were looking to try someplace new but we were disappointed in our experience. The service was ok but the wings were underdone and not that tasty. The beer selection is the only redeeming quality. Oh well back to the local pub for us!

I like the BWW brand and other locations but I am going to have to say this location is slacking. They don’t put much sauce on their wings. Service is very good though.

I would have given this 3 stars … however they get four because of their awesome sauces they sell !!! The restaurant is pretty standard with good food and service … their dry rubs are really really good as well as their onion rings. I really love buying their sauces for home … you can use it for wings or marinating so many other meats … Parmesan garlic … buffalo and spicy bbq are my favorites!

Standard chain with decent food. This location had a good setup where everyone can see the TVs and very nice staff. The managers and hostesses greet you well and the waitress was nice. They have some game day specials but nothing that great other than the tall bud light for $ 4. They have these little tablets to play games and were amazing for keeping the kids occupied. Wings were nothing spectacular but definitely tasty. The parmesan garlic was my favorite and surprisingly spicy in a gold way. I want to go back to try the boneless wings and a dry rub. Fried pickled were over battered but still good. The fries basket was small and lame. Overall though a good place to watch football and have some food.
