***UPDATE*** A gas leak was also found(by another company that came for repairs) that Mid Shore Mechanical caused from their lack of quality work. Also Mid Shore came to my home to assess the damage THEY caused, told me NOT to call the insurance company because he could fix it for $ 500 and the insurance company would charge $ 3000. I told him I would just feel better if the insurance company came and looked at everything to be sure no mold or anything was growing. He said that there wouldn’t be mold(he never even went into the attic to LOOK!!!) and was upset that I wanted the insurance adjuster to take a look at it. He then proceeds to tell me that Susan said I was rude and CURSED at her. When I defended myself and told him I didn’t curse at anyone he said the warranty people said I did too. I asked him for names and he wouldn’t, and I told him my conversations were on record(they tell you they are recorded when you call them) and we could go back and listen to them, he changed his story REAL fast and began backpedaling on what he said, then just said oh he just heard alot about me being rude. I told him I wrote down the names of EVERYONE I spoke with at the warranty company, and we could get them to tell us what was said again he began saying he never said that he said the warranty people said that to him. I asked the man to leave my home 3 times before he finally left. I was so upset I broke down and cried while on the phone with the warranty company telling them what happened!
