This was my first time at The Pretty Kitty and I had my Brazilian done by Tammy. All I can say is that she is absolutely AMAZING! I have been waxed before and this was by far the best experience. The service was so quick and I was shocked at the minimal level of pain. I would definitely recommend Tammy’s services.

Service was good, and was easy getting a same day appointment. I had a Brazilian and was very pleased with my esthetician. I have had my fair share of experiences when trying out a new esthetician for a Brazilian wax, so this place faired pretty well.

Today was my first visit to the eastvale location and Adriana was my esthetician. She was amazing and super sweet. I only got my brows and lip done, but she kept the conversation going and made it super easy to talk to her. I’m so happy I had her today. She made an amazing first impression and I’m excited to go back to visit :)

Love it! Holland was great! Will be returning! Booked an appointment the day before and I was happy with how soon they got me in. I have been waxed before at different places but this is the best!
When you walk in. The set up is relaxing and well decorated. The staff is friendly and tentative. I Had Holland and she made everything really comfortable and easy. She talked to me during the whole process and that put me even more at ease. For such a quick process I’m surprised she got everything. And I mean She got E V E R Y T H I N G. And her great work makes me feel more confident. Excited that I found a place I like. :)

Saw Tammy and this was great. From the phone call to set up my appointment to the appointment itself this was great!
They gave me pre-​wax instructions (don’t trim or prep, we will do that… take ibuprofen). When I got there early Tammy took me early and was able to get me looking great in 15 min. She talked to me so I wasn’t bored but it also took my mind off of things which was great. Great instructions/​reminders for post wax too. I’ll be back for sure and now I see why Tammy has great reviews!

This is a clean friendly environment, staff is great. The girls whom do the waxing are fast but very accurate. I absolutely love this place. There are not enough words to give this establishment not just a good review but an amazing review… All the ladies here are great…

Tammy was my waxer. I’ve been waxed before and I’m also a licenses esthetician. I told her my concerns with my skin, and what works and what doesn’t. She completely ignored me and did her own thing. Since I’m licensed, I noticed she applied and pulled the wax wrong. It was only breaking my hairs instead of pulling them out. I told her that’s usually problem and I need a stronger wax. She ignored my comments and still did her own thing. It’s been 3 days and I’m STILL swollen and tender. And also have a TON of white bumps all over. Go to European wax center.

Tammy is the best! Service was extremely quick unlike other places I have been including European wax center and London’s beauty which were both terrible experiences. Well worth the money you get what you pay for.

Amazing service and attentive staff. Ask for Tammy or Adrianna for Brazilian. The whole staff is extremely professional. Love coming to this location they are always accommodating when I schedule my Brazilian last minute.

Okay. This is 5 start because it was quick, efficient, the waxer was professional and they have lots of stores. It still hurt like a mother, however like I said, it was way quicker than my first experience at a different place. She talked to me, told me when to breathe to give me something to focus one, and she explained to me that it hurts more for me because I’m a natural red. Thick coarse hair, and suppeerr sensitive skin. So I get the bad on both ends lol. I will be returning if we are still here in 5 – 6 weeks. Currently on an extended vacation between orders. =]

Went here for my first time today. I was getting my first waxing EVER and I got a Brazilian wax.
Tammy helped me and she made something slightly painful and awkward less uncomfortable and she was very professional and nice.
The place has really cute décor and it’s very clean and its next to a Starbucks for you caffeine fiends.
Overall I had a great experience and though it’s a bit on the pricy side I will be a returning customer to the pretty kitty in eastvale.:)
