This Cold Stone is inside the Monmouth Mall. The place is always clean and the employees are always pleasant to deal with. If you go when it’s busy, you might have to wait a bit because the way the ice cream is prepared takes time. They are a little bit pricey, but you have to remind yourself that it’s inside a mall.
