My Mom got the flowers out in the country after work when I called in the PM. She was very thrilled said they were really cool. Woman who answered phone was really funny and nice and helpful. Good website too.

Another lovely home décor browsing shop on Water St. Open and spacious feeling. Beautiful displays. Nice jewelry offerings. And the fabulous smell of *fresh* flowers. They have their floral shop at the back of the store and it’s open to everyone.

the flowers from Avalon are super cool and they have awesome gifts too. The best is the home town feeling you get from the staff. Great website too — highly recommend for out of town brides who need to depend on someone to take care of them.

Avalon is gorgeous! It smells amazing, and is filled with miniature scenes of a color palette. Walk around and see flowers, home décor, jewelery, candles, goat milk products, handmade art forms, and Burt’s Bees stuff; all arranged tastefully by color.
Picture high ceilings, wood floors, exotic plants and flowers, and the smell of heaven…
The NEW owner, Sandy O’Connell, is wonderful, and can often be found next door having a glass of wine. She is gregarious, truly GIFTED, professional, and she works her ass off to make Avalon the *best* «flower shop» in the Midwest.
I have never seen such creativity and beauty in her arrangments, and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed, only impressed and in awe!
