My Galaxy Note 4 outer camera lens was cracked; Had that replaced, still some artifacts in my pictures, which I knew might happen; Brought it back to have the camera replaced; After that, when I used the Stylus, there were dead spots where it wouldn’t write; Also, the camera had random trouble focusing; Brought it back, anticipating the usual customer service runaround, but was pleasantly surprised — they fixed the dead spots (bad connection) and replaced the camera again — no charge. They had the phone for about 2 hours each time, everyone was friendly.

I was that nightmare customer, I admit it.
I had some issues with the phone I took in not being fixed well. After some initial hiccups they made it right and stood by their claim of great customer service.
I would go there again, but wouldn’t be surprised if they wouldn’t let me :)

Came here because of a friend who recommended on Facebook. Not disspointed. Matt and company very friendly and knowledgable. They make the walk of shame when walking into the store all go away. You aren’t stupid for breaking your screen sometimes %^#t happens! My iPad wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up so Matt gave me a gift card to Qdoba to grab a bite of lunch while I waited! Win! Win! Have since been back for my daughters IPod and had another great experience. The price seems right as well!
