Horrible experience. Very conniving salesman really messed up my account– when all I needed to do was add some FIOSTV components. Caused nothing but problems and overcharges I’ve never been able to get back. Run– do not walk-/away from this store.

This is the worst experience ever. I had a choice of paying $ 27 or picking up a cable box at this store which is 15 miles from my house. There is no numbering system and people are waited on randomly. Forget it and stay with or go to Comcast! This stinks! Unilocal says they are closed on Sunday but they are open.

Walking in to this store was a complete waste of time. My first visit took 45 minutes and all I wanted to do was pre-order a smartphone. Weeks later we came to pick up the new phone. Walked into the store, saw 3 employees, 2 customers. Great, I thought, I had already filled out a bunch of paperwork when I pre-ordered the phone, how long can this possibly take? Since the sales rep Chris took the pre-order, sales rep Chris had to check us out. But first we had to watch him hard sale an elderly woman into signing up for god knows what for 30 minutes. One other employee was standing around doing nothing could have easily gotten us out of there. Finally sales rep Chris finished up with his customer and started with retrieving our pre-order. This took at least another hour and a half! I’m not kidding at all! I had to go through his sales pitch a second time, first time when I pre-ordered the phone.($ 50 phone accessories that you can easily find on amazon for less than $ 10.) Sales rep Chris spent most of the time staring into his computer monitor. At one point he had to call somebody on an actual telephone to figure this out. Turns out he didn’t type enough zeroes. They even lied to my face when they said I could not keep my unlimited data plan when I changed phones.(In order for you to keep your unlimited data plan you need to purchase a smartphone at full price, or trade phones with someone.) Later rolls around and I find out that sales rep Chris left the phone uninsured because I didn’t buy into their insurance plan. I didn’t sign on to their insurance plan because it would involve me in going back to this horrible store and experiencing this nightmare again. They weren’t rude, just very inefficient and a total waste of everyone’s time. It was a mistake not buying the phone directly from the Verizon website or anywhere else! I almost had trouble getting our rebate too, when we got a notice of «invalid date» I called official Verizon customer service and they straighten it out, they said someone(sales rep Chris) messed up the date.
