The STORE staff is very friendly. The PHARMACY staff is usually very rude and seem annoyed with you for even being there. The pharmacist seems to think she is doing customers a favor. The outside of the store is not well-kept. It is a complete mess with broken glass and garbage everywhere. Other than that I always find everything I need here!

Very lousy service. Employees are not friendly or helpful. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone’s attention for service. Don’t even think about the drive-thru window unless you have a full tank of gas. Never ever is there anybody there. Sad example of CVS.

Go to Duane Reade by Wholefoods. Due to insurance, I had to find a CVS. I was incredibly upset as DR runs like a family owned pharmacy. They really do everything they can for you and are so respectful and positive. Now THIS place, this CVS in Edgewater, is the opposite of everything I just wrote. They don’t want you to ask anything– you’re bothering them. They hate working there and it shows. The pharmacist is a snob and always wants to leave a few minutes BEFORE closing time. So if you rushed to get there and it’s 10 to closing, it’s the end of the world for them. Who needs this ?! Go somewhere else for meds so they start to question why numbers are down and realize it’s the staffs miserable-selves driving customers away. The other employees are fine for the most part; just skip the area in the back where there is a princess in a white coat.

The pharmacist needs an attitude adjustment. She’s unfriendly, extremely rude, and not professional at all. I don’t care if people know I’m taking medication or whatever but she was saying it very loudly and kept repeating it. -.- okay I heard you the first time you don’t have to shout and let the rest of the store hear it. I dread seeing her but thankfully the pharm techs handle the grunt work and I interact with them instead of her. And this one guy was hanging out by the counter listening in our conversation. She could have told him to move aside! 3.5 stars for the actual store. It’s usually not stocked that well but whatever I get most of my stuff at Harmon. 5 stars for the pharm techs. –10 stars for the pharmacist. And from reading the other people’s reviews i’m not surprised this CVS has such a low score because of her.

Edgewater CVS Pharmacy… They have the worse most ubpleasent pharmacist I have ever met. They are rude, unhelpful and very unaprochable. I will not use that pharmacy, I rather driver over a little bit more to Walgreens. Its a shame because the edgwater one is right next to my office building. Hopefully they do somethign about this soo. I hear a lot of complains.

I am rating their pharmacy. If I could zero stars I would. They gave the incorrect medication to my father for his blood pressure and he almost died because of it. Good luck trying to reach their customer service line. I was pretty much told nothing would be done. Do not go for your medication here. You will regret it.

Can’t believe this place hasn’t been reviewed. I’ve been coming here since I moved back to the area. Service is usually friendly and I came here for my flu shot last year. I favor this location for the convenience and because of the frequent email coupons that I receive for being part of their CVS rewards program. It’s a typical CVS and carries a multitude of items. This is my go to place for convenience items when I just don’t want to take the extra time and go to Pathmark. It would be amazing if they put a Minute Clinic in this location.
