Erin Barstad, massage therapist, is fantastic. I have tried many other massage therapists and have left those sessions feeling relaxed, but the condition of my body was **not** improved. After 1 session with Erin, I knew that I would always go to her because she was able to get recognizable results. You will leave each session feeling as though your body is transforming to a healthier and balanced state. key words: massage therapy | MRT | myofascial release technique | deep tissue | swedish | TMJ | temporomandibular joint | pregnancy | pregnant | infant | baby | transformative | transformation | craniosacral | CST | cranial-sacral | cranial sacral

This was my first time going to see a chiropractor and I am glad I picked a good one, or was referred to a good one. A friend of mine is a chiropractor student and recommended Dr. Jo due to previous work experience with him. He won the 2012 Chiropractor the Year Award(kudos sir!) and clearly knows what he is doing. Dr. Jo adjusted my upper back and my neck, walking me through each step to make sure I would be comfortable with what he would be doing next. I never felt uncomfortable or worried while I was there. The chiropractic student who was working on her residency walked me through some stretches I could do to help with future adjustments or general tightness in my problem areas. All in all, they were very attentive and aware of what was going on. I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve never been to a Chriopracter before but this was a great place to start. The people here are so nice! The ladies at the front desk knew my name by my 2nd visit, there is water and tea offered to you and the place is really cute and comforting. I was having issues with my knee while i trained for a ½ marathon. They adjusted my knee and worked to strip the muscles that were causing some of the issues. Both doctors are great and i saw both, they are very flexible and work together. They also did a basic back adjustment every time i went in. My knee issues were more to do with under developed muscles so the adjustments helped but i needed physical therapy for the long term. One of the doctors works with runners specifically and both were knowledgeable of my issues. They are located upstairs(right above D’Amico’s) go around back and you’ll find parking and the door to get upstairs. They work with your insurance so it was affordable, and they offer massage. I stopped running due to the pain but i’ll be back for adjustments from time to time.
