Excellent layout, great training services, ample equipment, and solid locker room amenities. STEELE Edina gives a great location to get in a tough workout with the convenience of a self-serve gym. However, if trainers are your thing, they have a great personal training service to guide you every step of the way. I have tried both and while my personal style is to workout solo, I see many satisfied customers working hard with trained professionals. STEELE Edina is located in a great, upscale neighborhood and the gym reflects its surroundings. With limited memberships and lots of space, I’ve never felt crowded or like I have to wait for anything. That said, there are always people working out here so you never feel isolated. I highly recommend STEELE Edina if you want a place to workout, feel energized, have access to great service, and all at a relatively low cost($ 79/mo as of posting).

Lied about fees, locked into a contract with no out after being told canceling would be a two month fee. I was charged an initial fee that I was never told about and $ 20 more per month than I agreed to. Shady business practices — buyer beware!

SWANKY gym! Ok, this isn’t really a gym so much as an athletic/sports clothing and accessories store as well as a personal training gym. The merchandise is nice and high end(Lululemon, etc.). I went to a free bootcamp training session here and that’s the only experience I have with their trainers and staff. It was a good experience though. They have lots of fancy equipment and the facilities are really high end. They fold the toilet paper in the locker rooms, for example. The trainers here all seem super nice and friendly and are good people to work out with. Since my bootcamp session was free, I have no idea how much personal training sessions cost. Based on the fact that no prices are listed anywhere publicly and it’s so freaking nice, I have a feeling that if you have to ask about cost, you can’t afford it. It is Edina…
