Any Garment Cleaners

Poor customer service!
I dropped off a royal blue dress with gems and the dress was not ready when promised. I returned a few more times and it still wasn’t ready.
About a week later I paid $ 8.00 to get the dress cleaned which was probably the wrong price! I brought the dress home and took off the plastic and I was surprised to see that there were two stains on the dress which weren’t there before and the hem was down. I went back and was really pissed! And when I told the manager my complaints he smirked! He actually thought it was funny which made me angrier! He said that they would re-​clean it and sew the hem. When I returned it wasn’t done! It was in the same horrible condition!
I saw a sign on the wall for customer input
with an email address and said that customers will get a reply within 24 hours. So I wrote an email explaining my dissatisfaction with a copy of the receipt for the dress which was $ 85.92. I wrote that since my dress was ruined I wanted my money back for what I paid for the dress.
Now they still have my dress and I have not received a reply or a phone call about my complaint! I threatened to write a poor review if I didn’t get some customer satisfaction so they obviously don’t care and rip people off! So I would definitely NOT
recommend this dry cleaners because of their AWFUL service!

Tried this place out because of the low price. But now I know why the price is so low — the quality of work is subpar. Gave several of my husband’s dress shirts to iron. Out of the 10 given, 3 had visible wrinkles in them when they came back. To the point where you could not even wear the shirt out. It was so blatantly obvious I could not believe whoever ironed would actually give this back to the customer thinking it was acceptable. Dry cleaned clothes and suit came back okay. Maybe they need to get someone else to Iron? Went back and gave them back to Iron. Barely an apology. Round 2 — they fixed 2 out of 3. But one came back almost as bad.

You get what you pay for with these folks.
The quality of their work is poor. I gave them 2 coats to dry clean. They told me to come in a week. I came 2 weeks later from a trip and they only cleaned ONE coat. When I asked why they said that they weren’t sure if my coat with the leather sleeves would be safe to dry clean. I told them they had my coats for TWO WEEKS and they had my contact number, why didn’t they think to call me or at least mention it when I dropped the coats off. The tag says it’s safe to dry clean and I’ve gotten it cleaned before. They really tried to give me back a dirty coat without mentioning anything about the «mishap». The one coat that they did clean wasn’t leaned entirely and they did a really poor job. They were at a loss for words. Needless to say they had to give me a refund for a job they did not do. Never going back here. I might as well suck it up and go back to the regular cleaners cause a $ 1.99 cleaners is too good to be true.

You really can’t beat the price of Any Garment Cleaners. I had 2 suits and 2 shirts cleaned for less than $ 20. Service was ok and they require cash payment upfront when you drop off the clothes. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be annoying during rush hour. But at $ 1.99 per garment, how can you lose? Shenster approved.

Very good quality of service and amazing price. I had my two beautiful evening gowns dry cleaned and they came back clean and the way they were.

Once you get past the fact that they are cash only, you will immediately appreciate this place. I am usually in here once a week and have yet to run into any problems. You can usually pick up your stuff the next day and they do a really great job with dry cleaning. Just be forewarned that the parking lot sucks especially during rush hour and it can be a pain to get into if you’re traveling North on Route 1. Other than that, they are a business that I trust with my clothes!

This is my only dry cleaners to go now in the area. The price is unbeatable and the services were great, lots of people work there and service were quick and you can get all of your clthoes done usually the next business day. Make sure you are prepare for your cash payment only, as they dont accept any credit card and they do charge up front. thumbs up!

As far as dry cleaners go I can’t think of anything better in my immediate area, I mean $ 1.99 for any garment come on! I came and dropped off about 7 – 8 things paid and they said it would be ready the next day too!
Couple tips, it is cash only pay up front. There is an ATM on premesis just in case. It’s not the prettiest place but it gets the job done.

This place has been opened a little over a year and it’s incredible to see how big their business has grown. When I first went, they hardly had any customers/​garments. I was just there this weekend, and this place is completely filled with lots of garments. I WONDER? Well, everything is $ 1.99!!! Yes, bring your coat, pants, evening gown and each garment is $ 1.99. I was a bit skeptical when I first went so I gave them coats to dry clean before I gave my evening gown and dresses. They do a decent job. As for pant alterations, they charge $ 8 which is cheap. The only problem I have is that you need to pay upfront and CASH only.
