Definition of fast food, perhaps because it was slow. Typical burger king quality, nothing was wrong or special, in other words, it was consistent. Which is considered good in the franchise businesses. Amira was amazing with customer service though. You rock Amira!

Wow, just wow. Lemme tell you I come in cause there is a lot of people in drive thru. It’s always faster to walk in I say. I waited 9 minutes before the shift manager acknowledged me. Horrible and slow as hell. They need to speed it up over here and get some more people here

I went here on Saturday evening with a friend, September 20th. I will NEVER go to this location ever again. The one closer to my house on Wood Avenue is ALWAYS clean. There were young workers hanging around doing nothing. The restaurant was absolutely disgustingly dirty. No air conditioner on. The ladies room was filthy. Someone dropped soda on the floor, no one mopped it or put up a warning sign that the floor was wet. Flies all over the dining area, because this Burger King was that dirty. The counter tops were greasy. The doors entering into the Front of the place was greasy and dirty. That was our first Warning sign. OMG, I cannot believe how filthy this establishment was. I have been here before and it was never this dirty. I even called the phone # when we left and no one answered the phone, but I sure left a message. Tomorrow, I will call the dept of health in Edison, NJ. They sure need to know what is going on. The management of this restaurant needs to either clean up OR get another job.
