I have always ordered pizza from this location, primarily being that it’s a few minutes from my house. I will be very honest my experience has only been with pickup and I have nothing to complain about. The pizza has always been ready within 10 minutes of ordering it.
Customer service is okay nothing impressive but then with pickup there is hardly any communication.
Quick service if pickup. Pizza has always been fresh !

I should’ve read these reviews before ordering. The customer service is THE worst ever. It says it should only take 30 mins for the order and it took over an hour. Called to ask where it was and the guy on the phone was so rude. When I asked where it was he said the number was an approximate and basically tried to make me look like an idiot. 30 mins isn’t an approximation of an hour and a half. Had to hang up on the loser on the phone because he was giving me attitude. Will never order from them again.

Their Service is a BIG JOKE!!.
I ordered 2 Medium Pizza’s and they are 10 Min away from my home, and it took them more than 1.5 hrs to deliver, and worst thing is it was showing as deliver with in 40 min on Dominos Website, what the heck!
This is the last time I am going to make an order from them. I am going to write a complaint against them with the corporate office.

I ordered a pan pizza yesterday afternoon and I FELL SICK!!! I was throwing up, got fever and felt numb for 12 hours straight till the thing was out of my system. I have the left overs and I am taking it straight to lab, Dominos. You guys are pathetic, even after so many bad reviews you won’t bother to look into this location. Revenues should come in, if people fall sick let them. WORST COMPANY FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. Do not eat here people.

Since reading the other reviews, we decided to pick up our pizzas instead.
Ordered a philly cheese steak and mushrooms. Not much meat or mushrooms. Probably just sprinkled it
The thin crust cheese pizza was good tho. Crunchy and had enough cheese and sauce.
Wings were good too. Ordered plain with hot sauce on the side.
Pizzas was done in 10 minutes. Ordered on the app since I tried to keep it a minimal speaking to the employees lol

I’ve gone to the one in Westfield over this one, the lady and service representatives are so rude over the phone and the food sucks and they always deliver wrong. They aren’t friendly at all and they leave me on the phone to hold on 10 minutes at a time. Could a place be this bad? Like come on, how hard is the job, make the pizza then deliver it and be friendly.
