Slowest DD in America. Also the coffee tastes burnt. The owners are cheap and do not hire enough people, clearly behind with the order window all red. DD should see this in the metrics.

They are horrible customer service. The thai guy who works overnight shift is a complete idiot really dumb lol

This Dunkin Donuts is ran by a bunch of Dullards that have no kind of good sense! I come off the road from driving all day and decided to stop in and get me a fresh cup of coffee and use the rest room before I hit the road again. So I figured to use the rest room before I order and be on my way. I go to the restroom clearly marked Women and proceed to enter, not only to find a man inside sitting on the toilet like it was his own throne at home… Door unlocked, no seat guard and just plopped on the throne look’in like he had to think real hard while he did his business! I got startled about faced and said something to one of the workers there. I says to the lady, WoW did you know you have a man using the ladies room, using the women’s room without locking the door and myself or anyone could walk right up on him?! She looked at me like it wasn’t an issue or let alone understand one word i said!!! I was so disgusted I was no longer interested in getting a lousy coffee. After all that the guy that was in there rushed out of there not even 10 seconds after walking in on him, that means he didn’t take enough time to wipe his ass n make sure it was clean let alone wash his hands, he returned back to his seat like nothing happened! I was so pissed I called the store to make a complaint… And this is how one ear and out the other it went, the lady I told that a man was using the ladies room squatted up on the toilet like he was at home, had no clue that it was ME that just left the store, and I had called to place a complaint, complete moron! I will never eat or drink there after seeing that nasty shit go on who knows how sanitary that place really is. Thank God I did not have my kids with me… And that place is ran by a bunch of non English speaking understanding ppl… Never again will I ever go to that DD’s again.

Terrible customer service. They managed to make a mistake on every order of every customer in line including mine. When I asked why I was charged a different amount than what was on the sign they yelled at me saying too bad the prices are locked in the register and that’s not our problem. The woman at the register was rude and hostile to everyone. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible horrible Dunkin Donuts– Avoid at all cost. I was super excited when this one opened up because its on my way to work and it has a drive through, but the owners do not care about their business at all– I saw their kids (or some type of relatives) hanging out there with their friends one time while management ignored the customers, I would never get what I ordered– and today, the last straw– I waited at the speaker to order for 5 minutes because the guy told me to hold on a second, and he didn’t come back until I said Hello? Then told me they were understaffed and there is a long wait… needless to say I left without even ordering.

Wish it were possible to give this place negative stars. WORST DUNKIN EVER. If your looking for a place to pick a fight with someone, this place won’t let you down. With a staff guaranteed to give you major attitude, I do not at all recommend here whatsoever. Went there late at night once, and the man serving me barely spoke to me when I vocalized my order. In the meantime, management was sitting at one of the tables screaming at the top of her lungs at an employee. And along with the other reviews I’m seeing it’s really no surprise. I’m not sure what the problem is, but get your acts together or leave the job. It’s not other innocent people’s faults for your incompetence and lack of manners or professionalism.

Worst Dunkin experience of my life. Lady was short over the drive through speaker with my girlfriend and I. Kept cutting us off. She gave me the death stare the entire time at the window. Then she told my girlfriend to «shut up» when she asked for a straw. Will never return. That employee does not belong in the service industry. Perhaps any industry where she has to interact with other human beings. Coffee tastes good. But I’m worried to drink it…

Poor service. Counter staff has trouble on register. A general lack of customer service.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’m the area. Expect a 15 – 20 minute wait on drive thru or inside no matter what time you go. there’s usually only two employees working at any given time which means more order errors and consistently slow service.

This is my go to DD to get my morning coffee if I can’t make it to my Wawa. I go to the drive thru so can’t judge the inside it’s long line yes but it’s the morning rush. I just get my regular coffee so far it’s been fine.

This is my new favorite Dunkin Donut for the morning coffee. After my local Dunkin became too busy for me in the morning (takes too long), I started stopping in here – and the guy behind the register makes my day every time. They offer fast service in the morning and that’s all I can ask for — they always have sufficient staff and they are very service oriented which is the key in the morning. You don’t want to piss off the people who haven’t had their morning cup of joe yet. They are located right off route 1 so the location is very convenient, and also have a drive thru which makes things even easier.

This used to be my main Dunkin Donuts to go to, but lately it’s been gross. More than half the time they leave the iced tea to sit for days or something because it’s cloudy and tastes like leaves and bugs. The coffee is often burnt and salty tasting and they never put the right proportions of things in. Sometimes they forget the ingredients you ask for all together. It’s only good to go to this location at specific times when the good employees are there. For instance, there’s always a really hardworking asian man who never smiles working the night shift. he always looks like he hates his life but he mixes the best iced coffees. During the day it’s really hit or miss.

This one can get busy in the morning but going in always seems faster than drive-​through.
Fairly efficiently run D&D but a very crowded one both on weekdays and weekends. The lot is small and gets full quickly and often have trouble navigating in and out of there with all the people and cars zipping about.

Screws up orders. Also, I was waiting for the bathroom for a while. The toilet flushed and immediately an employee came out without washing her hands. Yuck.

This place ALWAYS messes up my order. Today, I ordered an iced coffee with NO SUGAR, a DECAF coffee, and two TOASTED coconut donuts. When I arrived at work I noticed a thick layer of sugar at the bottom of my Iced coffee, I was given 2 regular coconut donuts, and I’m not so sure that the coffee is decaf so I can’t give it to my pregnant co-​worker who can’t have caffeine!
