I used Ken’s to clear a stubborn sewer clog in the line between my house and the sewer main in the street… a blockage that another contractor was unable to clear.
It was a perfect consumer experience. Courteous, professional in demeanor, clearly very knowledgeable in their trade, persistent and focused as they worked, all the right equipment, and fair in their pricing.
In addition, they (Mike) have me useful information on what materials not to flush — including some well known brands of bathroom paper that tends not to break down… and definitely not any product advertised to be a flushable wipe… they may clear your house, but can get caught up on any protrusion or «thing» in the sewer line and that can be the beginning of a build up problem.

Plumbers are expensive. No two ways about it. However, if you are looking for a good, reliable, honest plumbing company, call these people without reservation. They have helped me with small and serious issues for over 15 years. When they came the first time they saved me over $ 10,000. Another service told me I needed my sewer line replaced and when I called kens for a second opinion they saved the day by simply having the strong equipment to clear the line. They come at the drop of a dime and they ways do the job right. Can’t say enough good things about this crew.
