I wish that I had read these reviews before I went to this stand. The food is horrible. For all of the people that say that this is their«go to place», go over to Oak Tree Road and get a real meal. I am now sick and all I can taste are the samosas. This place won’t be here in a few months.

I don’t want to say anything bad about food. But when we go to the restaurant we expect tasty food at list and I won’t recommend this restaurant.

The food is bland. no taste whatsoever. The service is prompt and courteous but that is it. I wouldn’t go back!

The food here is completely inedible. Visited once and couldn’t finish my food even. It was so stale, cold and tasteless. Half of the items on menu were not available. Do yourself a favor and drive few miles to check other nearby restaurants.

I order the chicken combo for $ 7.99. Everything is flavorful. I love how they spiced the rice.

Easily the best $ 6 lunch I’ve ever had and quite possibly one of the best dosas I’ve ever had. My go to spot for vegan/vegetarian food now that Just Falafel is gone. This place is awesome, cheap, and fast!

We had a vegetarian combo(two vegetables, chapati, vegetarian pulav, gulab jamun, mini samosa) and pav bhaji. All items were quite good and provided value for money.

Not sure based on prior reviews what happened to this place. Chicken curry was small pieces filled with bone, no flavor. Rice was 2 days old at least(did I mention no flavor?). Nan was completely stale. Dal had no taste. Sorry to be redundant. There was no line at the busy lunch hour when the food court was filled with diners – should have been a tip off.

I just went there today for the first time and they are no longer vegetarian. They still have the banner up that says«Indian Vegetarian» so that is a bit misleading. They said they are in the process of changing their name so as not to reflect a vegetarian restaurant. I am disappointed.

Omg this place is amazing. I stopped here when chipotle was WAY too long a line. The food is fresh flavorful and the portions are huge. It’s a little less spicy than most Indian food. But my stomach likes that more. Severely underrated!!! Best place in the food court hands down

This place gets points just for being the only place to get Indian food at the mall. Also gets points for being vegetarian, and making dosas to order, relatively fast. I haven’t tried their curries, but the Mysore Masala Dosa was decent. I would definitely come back a second time to try more dishes. So far I think this place is better than most of the other vegetarian /vegan options at the mall.

Idli & Sambar at the mall? I had to check it out and I was not disappointed. Food was simple but delicious. I also tried their madras coffee and it was good as well. I’ll definitely order some of their other items next time.

I would say this the best Indian food in food court. They are giving lots of choices in combo platter and the prices are reasonable. I will be back again,

Food is fantastic. Masala Dosa is a must have. The owner is very friendly as well. Great place to eat when in Menlo, especially when vegetarian options are limited!
