My father-in-law was in great pain. No priority given to him over a not as urgent case. Office staff was friendly, but medical staff did not have a good bedside manner. We were told several things that didn’t happen and when we asked were told they didn’t say those things. I have been to the other location on Penn and I will drive the extra distance to go there instead from now on.

I have never waited more than 30 minutes even with a full lobby. They are always quick and professional and I will definitely be back.

Don’t waste your time… I been waiting for tow hour just like this because some of the staff went out to get food and keep the clinic without services… When I talked with front desk about my appointment was 12:25 and now 1:30 she told me with if you need to get in fast see other clinic .with that sample.

Yes, there is minimal wait time. However, I now know why there was no wait. The PA(not even a real doctor) came in to tell me nothing was wrong with me and gave me absolutely nothing. No recommendations, no prescription, NOTHING! Then I receive a ridiculous bill for $ 200. What? $ 200 to not even see a real doctor with no medical service provided. Do not waste your time or money! Go to a real doctor if they are going to charge you that much money!

It was clean, fast and the staff was professional and courteous. If you need X-rays and other stuff you shouldn’t be going to an urgent care. If you are sick then this was excellent

Integris made a mistake putting their name on an entity that clearly lacks integrity. I called before I went in and asked if they had an X-Ray tech on duty and the operator said«No, but the nurse can do an X-Ray as long as it’s not of the head, neck, or spine.» I went in and told the registrar that I believed my toe was broken. I was called back, the triage nurse took my vitals, and my blood pressure was alarmingly and abnormally high. I asked if he could manually check my blood pressure and he refused by stating, «The machine is normally correct.» The doctor, or whatever he pretends to be, came into the room, took one look at my toe, and told me it wasn’t broken. I asked him what I could do about the pain and he said, «nothing.» I asked, «So, it’s just going to hurt forever,» and he flatly replied, «Go see a podiatrist.» I asked him if he had a blood pressure cuff to manually check my blood pressure(which I am sure had risen by this point from my dismay of his lack of compassion, concern, and empathy) and he said that he didn’t know if they had one. I told him that I would just go to Wal-Greens and buy a cuff then and he said«Ok» and walked out. I followed behind him and he barked, «Go back into the room and wait for the nurse to discharge you.» The nurse came in to give me my walking papers and he said, «The part that sucks, is even if your toe was broken, we couldn’t do anything about it. Especially because it’s been so long [since you’ve hurt it].» I kid you not. I just walked out. This is ridiculous. DONOTGOTHERE!!! I see why this was the only place in town that did not have a 2 hour wait. There was no wait at all for a dang reason here! The doctor or whatever(he did not tell me his name or title) was dry and uncaring. Oh and by the way, if you really want to know«the part that sucks,» I went home and used my mother’s brachial and radial blood pressure cuffs and they both proved that the nurse’s reading was wrong.

Very disappointed! Waited well over 20 minutes just to get brought back, and the lobby didn’t have hardly anyone in it! Spent maybe 2 minutes in triage waited an additional 25 minutes to see a doctor. Saw the doctor for maybe a minute and a half, and now I’ve currently been waiting 15 minutes for a nurse to come release me! Still waiting… I’ve worked in two major urgent cares in the metro and I should have just burned the gas and time and went to one of them. Would have saved time for sure and been more pleasant.

I went there for back pain. The doctor spent literally 2 minutes with me(the assistant before that 2 minutes also for routine check up, not related to my complaint). After the two minutes he said that that he will write prescription and come back to the room. So I had some question in these 10 minutes of wait(because I did not have the chance to ask in the two minutes check up!). However, he never showed up. The assistant showed up with the prescription and form to sign. Unanswered questions and 2 minutes visitation. This place is money hungry, and they try to kick you as soon as possible out without really carrying why you went there on first place. On the bright side they are very attentive when its time to slide your credit card!
