Pizza Hut

I’ve never been so pissed off at a pizza joint.
I’ve used them for a couple of years. I’d say 50% of the time they ACTUALLY get my order correct. Not great odds, but when I’m working at home it passes.
So today, 5÷26÷2016, at 2:15 I tried to place an order online. The system was down, so I tried to call. This is where it gets nuts… They would pick up the phone and hang it up immediately.
At first I thought the calls where just getting dropped until I started hearing a bunch of kids laughing, and talking for the 3 seconds before they hung up the phone.
I mean… Do they not have a manager or an ADULT employed here? (Guess what, they don’t)
Look, I’ve been in this Pizza Hut before. It’s dirty. It’s staffed by kids. They screw up your order half the time. Not until today however, did I throw them on the blacklist.
I won’t ever give them another dime, and will be going to Papa Johns from now on… Pizza Hut Corp doesn’t care, but be warned– THIS LOCATION LITERALLY DOESN’T WANT YOUR MONEY.
My mind has officially been blown. I hope they go out of business, and the building is quarantined for future generations to see what a infested roach-​hole this place was.

By far the best Pizza Hut in the metro area. Extremely quick delivery service and a very friendly staff. I had Marco’s the other evening and this Pizza Hut location blows it away

I love Pizza Hut, I always go to this one, staff is friendly and my order is done fast but, this time I ordered a stuffed crust sausage pizza and when I got home there was no cheese on it except towards the crust. I hope this was a oversite. And won’t happen next time. I should of checked it before I left.

Have been ordering from this location for the past 10 years and the service has continued to decline. The quality of the pizzas is not as high as it was before and they apparently need to hire more drivers as they give a time of 45 minutes for delivery and it is always at least 20 minutes later and many times is incorrect or not hot.
Today was the last straw, when I called after the pizza was over 30 minutes late, the manager started handing out excuses about them being overloaded with orders. While I can appreciate that causes a problem, it really is not my issue as a customer and is the responsibility of the manager to ensure enough personnel is on duty to meet customers needs. While the driver was polite and apologetic, our pizza was cold.
When I called again to the store and let them know the pizza was cold and even the driver confirmed it, I was told I have to come to the store to receive a refund if I didn’t just want a credit. I told manager if I had wanted to go to store, I would not have asked for delivery. I will be returning to the store after I finish having to recook my cold pizza for a refund.
Stay away from this store, poor quality and worse customer service.

I feel weird leaving a review for a Pizza Hut but they really blew me away the other night. I’ve ordered several times from this location and it’s consistently on point. Their pizza’s have tasted great each time and surprisingly very quick on delivery

Ordered online. Pizzas came pretty fast and cheap. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years so we thought we’d give them a try again. We were pleasantly surprised. Our pizzas were all good. Even the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were delicious. We would definitely order again.

I feel a little silly writing a review on Pizza Hut, especially giving one 5 stars but this location provides really good and consistent pizza in half the time of the other locations around. Staff is polite, orders are correct, I just wish they delivered to my house, but I’m out of their zone.
