Villas At Stonebridge

Was really looking forward to moving in here. However the day i moved in there were things left undone by the maintenance crew. My apt was not move in ready. And it smells of stale cigarette and they did ask me if i smoked and i said no. I have put in a maintenance request for the two initial items i feel should have been fixed prior to moving in. As much as i pay i expected better service. It has been 5 days since i put in the request and no work has been done. I just put in new requests today for other various items so i will keep you posted on how long those take as well. The grounds are nice and the carpet in my apt is very soft and nice. Other than the smoke smell and my apt not being move in ready, the experience has been decent.
UPDATE: Maintenance has done a great job of fixing almost everything i have requested. They do a good job of explaining what they did and how they fixed it.
