HOLYMOLY, WHAT A GREATCANNOLI! My family and I recently visited the Edmond’s Farmer’s Market and stumbled upon Kelly Cannoli. What an unexpected surprise, not only to actually find a cannoli in Seattle, but to find them to be some of the best we’ve experienced. My husband and I have visited many Italian bakeries across the US, Rome and Naples. Kelly Cannoli ranks right up there with the best. We have already been back twice and can’t wait to see what she comes up with next. Last week was a delicious orange ricotta filling accompanied with her good olé standard vanilla filing with chocolate chips. Not only do her great flavors stand out, the smooth texture of the filling is spot-on, and she has perfected them both! And on a side note, the Edmond’s Farmer’s market is one my families favorite markets in the Seattle area. Check it out on Saturdays 9am until 3pm. You are in for a wonderful time!

The BESTCANNOLI in the US! We found Kelly Cannoli at the Edmonds Farmers Market a few weeks ago and have returned twice since just for these amazing pastries! Kelly offers 3 flavors of cream, hand filled while you wait. They are made with Ricotta and the cream is perfect. For the past 20 years I have traveled coast to coast regularly on business, and generally seek out local Italian Bakeries. My reference points for this review are Termini Bros in Philadelphia, Mike’s in Boston, and Delaurenti in our very own Pike market. With these great cannoli makers as a baseline I have to say Kelly’s are better. They taste like the Cannoli my Sicilian grandmother made for us as kids. If you’re looking for a great Cannoli in the Seattle area, take it from a Cannoli snob… Kelly’s are worth going out of your way for(and the Edmonds Farmers market is one of the best markets too)!
