I have to add some positive comments for this place! Go here about two times a month. I have always had great customer service! In fact last time I dropped my phone outside the restaurant and did not know. Got home no phone. Panic. Retraced steps. Called them thinking the worst! They had retrieved my phone and had it waiting for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Papa Murphy’s is excellent pizza for what it is. I just wanna focus on the staff at this location They’re rip-roarin’ when it comes to offering OUTSTANDING service! These guys and gals are the friendliest, smartest, most efficient pizza handlers in the West. What a team of sweethearts.

The 3-star rating is strictly based on the pizza itself. The staff at this location is very nice and took their time to explain how it works(as it was my first time there). After ordering the pizza, you just stand/sit and wait for your pizza to be made. You would think because the pizza is uncooked, that it would actually be ready before a delivery pizza. This was not the case though. We still waited a good 20 minutes because it was prime time for ordering pizzas. I like the fact that it had tons of cheese and great ingredients but by the time we cooked it. it wasn’t so great. The crust was too thin to hold all of its glory and there is simply not enough sauce. I came to the conclusion that Digiornos is actually better. If you are a Costco member, those are half the price as Papa Murphy’s. Overall I have nothing against the store, the staff, or the ingredients used, I just feel that the pizza isn’t that great. Besides, when you really want pizza. who still wants to take it home and wait another 25 minutes for it to bake? Just sayin’!

Decent pizza, especially for the price. Good, fresh ingredients. Did have a rather awkward experience there once with an odd employee who insisted in speaking to me in a Yoda voice(really???) but every other visit I’ve been treated well.

Let me preface this by saying, my first job ever was at a Papa Murphy’s. I worked there when I was 14 years old for almost a full year. After that, I worked in the food industry for another three years, so I’m used to it all, I’m patient and understanding of the people that work there for minimum wage. With that said, I did NOT have a good experience at this Papa Murphy’s location my first time there. The store opened at 11am, according to the website and the sign on the door. I showed up a few minutes prior to 11am, but decided to wait until a few minutes after to go inside. The worker that was there came over at 11:01 to turn on all the neon«open» signs and open the door. I waited five minutes and then walked up to the door and pulled. It was locked. I went back to my car and sat, and waited for him to come back to the door again to ACTUALLY unlock it. Finally at 11:20 he came and unlocked it. I waited a few more minutes to go inside and order my pizzas. He was rude, he was impatient, he didn’t address me at all really. He didn’t say anything about opening twenty minutes late, when I was sitting in my car five feet from the door and he OBVIOUSLY saw me. It was not a good experience, at all. The pizza itself was good, but christ, it always is, and that’s why I went there in the first place. I’ll definitely try another location next time I want some pizza from Papa Murphy’s.
