Initially I had a decent experience with the company. I had a large amount of sod and grading done on my new home in addition to river rock. The quality of the work and price was overall very good. The challenge was the customer service. They could be very difficult to reach and return calls. I specifically had a tree die after the winter. It took a number of phone calls to get ahold of them and then they agreed to replace it. two months later they still hadn’t replaced it. eventually they agreed to replace it but when they had time it was then too hot.
In the end they did replace the tree (hence 2 star) but it felt like pulling teeth and it was almost 7 months later and was a much more scrawny unit. Good price, but need to weigh the importance of service and speed.
