I was greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed any help. The graphic novels I called for earlier were there waiting for me despite the fact that never shopped there before. After I paid for those they asked me if there’s anything else I could help me with. They showed me some other collectibles I expressed an interest in. When I was finished with that asked me if they could help me with anything else. You couldn’t ask for any more, outstanding customer service just outstanding. The previous reviews were left when it was under a owner. Can’t wrong shopping here.

A great place to check out what’s new in the science fiction world. I am a huge Doctor Who fan and they have quite a few DW items for sale. They also have quite a few gaming supplies if you are into that. And don’t forget the comics!!!

I love Heroic Adventures! I think this place has the best comic selection of any comic shop in the Metro East, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good balance of tabletop games, CCGs, toys and comics, and they get new products very quickly. My only gripe is that when there is a tournament or something going on which is pretty much every time I go in there, it can be hard to maneuver around that part of the store. That said, I never feel unwelcome during these events, there is always staff to help me. Love it.

Pros: Clean, Organized, Well-lit and friendly
Cons: Sometimes difficult to get service on the phone, somewhat limited stock
I have gone to comic book stores my entire life and I can’t say that Heroic Adventures is the mecca of shops. It does have a friendly, professional, and open environment that I find very appealing. I no longer linger in the dusky hollows of comic shops, so finding a place that lets the more casual gamer/comic nerd indulge is very welcoming. I especially love their shelf of games to try. They let players come out and play around with games that they may be interested in. I’m a fan and the new management seems to be very invested in the success of their store. I’ll definitely be back and will purchase my games/comics/graphic novels from here.

Dear Heroic Adventures,
Comics is my escape from my mundane life. I never imagined myself a superhero, but as I venture into your establishment, I yearn to have the feeling of descending into the bat-cave. Ok, I am exaggerating. I want more comics and less of the role-playing games you appear to do well in. I like that you have a back room for your RPG players to converse and interact with. I like how you have a good section of the store providing these games. however, I would like to see more «toys». Yes, comic book toys, figurines, models, and displays. I would like to see more Japanese animation too.
Your store is great Heroic Adventures but could be better. My favorite is Star Clippers in the Delmar Loops. I think its because of the reasons above.
