My experience: I purchased an item at full price the week before Christmas. Went to return it after Christmas and was told I could not get a cash refund, as the item had gone on clearance (since I purchased it…). I have never experienced a store with such an awful return policy, and will no longer be giving this store any business. I called Hallmark Corporate and learned this is an independently owned franchise, so the owners are able to set their own return policy vs. following Hallmark Corporate Store policy.

It’s Hallmark. Don’t expect it to venture too far out of the traditional cookie-​cutter Hallmark you are used to visiting. The people are nice and helpful there and the wait is practically none-​existent in line. They always have a great selection of seasonal gifts and cards for every occasion.
This Hallmark offers more than just traditional Hallmarks as it carries a wide selection of party favors and gifts. I do realize some other Hallmarks do this, but there are several I have been to that do not. For example, this particular location offers hand painted wine glasses, scented hand lotions and moisturizing lip balms. They also have purses (besides Vera Bradley brand) key chains and luggage tags, baskets, and signs and other home décor.
I enjoy that this particular location has a seasonal magazine that features a few coupons and in November, they send one out that has a coupon good for 40% off any one item, regular price until December 24^th. I find this coupon to be the most valuable they send out throughout the year and love to take advantage of it.
In addition, Hallmark sells stamps. One need not purchase an entire book, but rather, you can buy just one stamp if you wish. This works out for people like me who only use stamps to send out cards throughout the year.
