There are a lot of places offering eye care but I really like this team. The front office team is always hustling. They are trying to verify benefits or uncover favorable insurance options. The mid-​level team is quick, thorough and knowledgeable during the pre-​screening process. While all the doctors are great, I hope that Dr. Alicia Triplett-​Janssen walks in for the eye exam. She has the perfect demeanor and explains the details. Dr. Jones really helped me when I had a small piece of glass/​plastic stuck in my eye. He was cool and calm while he plucked the debris from my eye. It was painless.

Dr. Jansenn and the whole staff are great. It’s easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute. Office hours are great and they even have Saturday appointments. Best eye doctor in edwardsville.

I went there for a serious eye issue and received excellent care from Alicia Triplett-​Janssen, O.D. Thanks to Alicia, my eye is on the mend and I look forward to continuing all my eye care with her and this group.

I needed an opthalmologist for an unknown eye problem and saw Dr. Jones. He discovered a corneal abrasion brought on by chronic dry eye syndrom. He was extremely knowledgeable and generously shared that knowledge with me. I never like to leave a doctor’s office with unanswered questions and Dr. Jones made sure of that. He has a great chair side manner, and I feel confident that I have found a doctor I will return to and can trust with the health of my eyes
