Nicolette was awesome…2nd time with her! She recommends the best wine, meal and dessert! She packs the leftovers perfectly for my lunch the next day. Nicolette is professional and pleasant to chat with during my visits. Ask for Nicolette when you want the best service!

Food was EXCELLENT as was Ms Ashley & Ms Melissa. Thank you both for a pleasant & enjoyable evening(inspite of the very minor mishap). This was my 1st stop before hitting the casinos(and I’m extremely glad & «fat-bellied satisfied» it was)!!!

I wanted something good to eat that wasn’t the diner food! I’m a picky New Yorker, and service/great food is a must for me. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back again when I’m in the Atlantic City area.

Solid chain fare, the bang for the buck here is good. Especially if you take advantage of any coupons or Monday special deals. I had the chicken Bryan, with an included salad and warm goat cheese appetizer. Everything was pretty solid.

Always a great«after mall» or «before movie» stop. Conveniently located in the parking lot at Shore Mall, across from TJMaxx, next to Towne 16, down the street from Tilton 9 theaters, I have found Carrabba’s to be a consistent staple. Flatbread pizza, salad and a glass of wine for my mother. Always. For me, zucchini fritte, and Johnny Rocco Salad, wood fired shrimp & scallops, yum! They now have a gluten free and under 600 calorie menu which I’m sure is just as consistent

Had Ashley(From Fla) and she made the prior experiences here so much better. She was a doll and we enjoyed teh last minute stop in. My meal was ok and the wine was priced right at $ 10 off a bottle. Hopefully this is a trend that sees this place get better because it couldn‘t afford to get worse. My only fear here is they STILL don‘tt have a house drink list or recommended bar drinks. They should. I‘ve reviewed and surveyed on it and still nothing. Anyway, We will go back and hope we get the same standard.

We have only been there once and we went based on the commercials were everything looks great. My husband and I both ordered chicken parmigiana. Never in my life have I seen a smaller weirder looking chicken parm. It was one tiny, tiny little piece of shriveled up, over cooked«something« They were trying to pass off as chicken. I think I had better quality of food in elementary school where the food was cooked and sent over from the high school. But somehow their parking lot is busy ever night. I don’t get it, call me confused

Found this on my nuvie. Very clean. Nice layout. Booths a little tight. We had a great waiter. A little pricy for what you get. Servings a little small. Waiter had to explain most of the items. I would definitely come back. I give this a B +.

So I did not expect to be giving Carraba’s 5 stars but the food was excellent! We started with the blackberry sangria which was very good. The warm bread that was complimentary was excellent. Our 3 year old had several pieces. We had the gnocchi as an appetizer which was done perfectly. It was my first time having gnocchi & I’m a fan. The salads that came with the entrée were basic but I was able to add olives to my salad which I was happy with. I had the shrimp & scallop lightly breaded in a lemon butter sauce with angel hair pasta. It was soooo good. I had the apple crostini for dessert, which is something I never do. I am now a fan & will definitely be back.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not order the lobster ravioli. No sauce fishy tasting. My mother had pork medallions wrapped with prosciutto. It was tough and over cooked. The only redeeming thing was the dessert. The tiramisu was tasty even though not enough lady fingers. Mom had brownie with mousse. Even though they took ravioli off way over priced for meal. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Oh waitress was very very nice.

My boyfriend and I spent NYE in Atlantic City and our hotel staff mentioned that there was a Carrabas around the corner. I’d never been to one before but a little over a year ago I’d won a gift certificate to their restaurant that I happened to still have in my wallet at the time. Our server was a woman by the name of Sandra K and she was soooo wonderful and hospitable. My boyfriend and I were both pretty worn out from the festivities the evening before and she was great about keeping us hydrated and keeping their AMAZING in-home made bread coming. We have the mixed appetizer plate(calamari, fried mozarella, and bruschetta) and we’re very impressed with their seasoning style. By the time our actual meal came around we were pretty stuffed already, but it made a tasty treat for the ride back up to Boston. I forgot to mention that we discovered that the gift certificate I had turned out to be 6 months expired. We pointed that out to them and it was quickly brushed off as a non-issue. Those sweethearts… :-)

I went to this restaurant after a long trip down the Garden State Parkway and what a disaster. The service was bad, and when I ordered my dessert they gave me something that was probably in the freezer for a few days. Nothing was fresh. Save yourself some time, money and disappointment and find a better restaurant. I will never go back, and I do not recommend this place.

My favorite affordable chain Italian restaurant! Love the seasonal special additions to the menu, entrees are adorable, and soup and bread is always fresh and delicious. Personally more of a fan of the chicken or meat dishes compared to the pasta dishes. Love the option of combining dishes and the included soup or salad. Upgrade to a giant bowl of lentil or chicken soup– it’s worth it!

If you like Olive Garden you will like this place. Same sort of «fake» food that all these chains serve. The fried calamari appy was ok, but nothing special. You do get a soup with your entrée. Lentil sausage soup was tasty but a bit watery. I had the seafood canneloni which tasted like a frozen dinner. My daughters linguini pescatore was bland and the mussels were bad. The service was ok but for some reason after we ordered wine the waitress failed to tell us about a wine special that she told other tables about. With so many other Italian restaurants in the area why eat here?

Look, it’s a chain Italian restaurant. In the NY/NJ area do yourself a favor and go to one of the many family owned Italian restaurants for at least a semi-authentic Italian meal. If you’re on Unilocal you can certainly find the good ones. One thing I will give Carraba’s, their service is very good.

I’ve been wanting to try Carrabba’s for a while but there isn’t one close to where I live. So I was excited when I passed this one on the way to my hotel. After I checked in, I ran back here ;) It was quiet even for a Thursday night. I sat at the bar and the bartenderess was friendly and helpful. She helped me choose a generous glass of wine. And then tempted me into eating bread(aka The Enemy) dabbed with oil oil and an herb blend — delicious! And the bread was fresh and hot. Dinner was Pasta Weesie — fettucine made fresh that day with perfectly-cooked shrimp, sauteed mushrooms, scallions and a white garlic sauce. YUM! The pasta was the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp was expertly cooked. All in all, it was a fabulous meal! I would recommend Carrabba’s. The prices were affordable and the pasta was FRESH. I was told that any pasta not used at the end of the day goes home with the employees so fresh pasta can be made the next morning. That’s quality!
