They are very conveniently located by my home. For years I always passed the place by in favor of going to Wawa since I could whip this up at home anytime. I must say, my old thinking was right. Very mediocre food. Portions are nice, but its really not that amazing. You’re seriously better off going to an actual restaurant for food and getting a lot more bang for your buck. Cream cheese wontons were crisp but they are sweet. That is so weird for a cream cheese wonton, they are suppose to be savory… definitely not sweet. Good but still weird. Egg drop soup was good, but be warned, food coloring is used to achieve color. If you are hungry, I say go ahead and give in for something quick but don’t have any high expectations. You’re better ordering deep-fried foods and sides opposed to entrees. As my brother has said before, «I’m kinda ashamed to tell Dad we ordered from this place.»

lunch prices great. Solid good food. I wish they had General Tso’s in california. I gave 5 stars because of the bang for the buck in overpriced NJ. Solid value. They will even throw in free soda.

Food entrée selections are what you would get from this typical Chinese fast food, take-out restaurant. Servings are large and quality/seasoning of food is good. Prices are good. Unfortunately, like many of these types of fast food restaurants, the consistency is not always the same. It is not unusal that the chefs stays for a couple of years and move on. However, overall you get a good product. They like to use the«double cook» style to cook their battered chicken and pork(deep fry and then sauté), Suggested entrees: fried chicken wings, bar be que spare ribs and pork, General Chow or Garlic Chicken, Egg Foo Yung, Lo Mein, Boneless chicken w/veg. egg rolls.

Cheap, greasy wings. Great Wall looks like a typical Chinese takeout place on the exterior, but there’s actually room to sit. Marble tabletops fill a bulk of the(reasonably clean) dining area, and sauces, water, and tea are provided. Soft drinks are available for sale, too. Their menu runs the full gamut of fast food Chinese. I couldn’t resist their chicken wing special, getting three — or four? — wings plus pork fried rice for the laughable sum of $ 4.95 before tax. Surprisingly, the rice had bean sprouts. It was alright, but the wings are the winner: nice and greasy, nice and tasty.(Depending on where you stand, that could be a bad thing.) Unsurprisingly, Great Wall offers take out. They deliver, but I’m unsure of any restrictions — minimum order or maximum coverage area? — but I’d call to find out. Fans of plastic, rejoice, for they take credit cards. Try them if you’re in the area!
