My wife and I are South Jersey residents who purchased invisible fence a few years ago. We have two dogs that needed way more space than the fenced in backyard we were giving them. The local business is family owned and operated, and did an incredible job from start to finish. The relationship has continued in that they have consistently followed up with us to see how the system has been working and, more recently, consulted in adding more system components to help us and our dogs with some of the issues they were having inside with furniture. Thanks a lot John Ross for always keeping my dogs’ best interest in mind and giving them the safety and freedom they need!

I had John with Invisible Fence of SJ come out and install my fence a couple weeks ago and am amazed at the results. Even though they were highly recommended, the results have far exceeded my expectations! Thank You so much for talking me through everything, and showing me step by step what to do; Minimal training for spectacular results!!! Thank-You for checking in on Milly and genuinely wanting to know how she’s doing. Thank-You for making sure she had enough yard to play in. Thank-You for giving me peace of mind when I open the door. I could go on and on, the simple fact is my dog no longer darts out of the house and runs through the neighborhood and into dangerous streets. Dog Whisperer much??? Thank-You Thank-You Thank-You If you are thinking about investing in an invisible fence, do it, if you come across a bad review, ignore it! This company is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable!

This business is more than 30 miles from where I live. I dropped off a piece of equipment to be serviced under warranty. I did not receive a call as promised when the work was finished and after I picked up the collar was charged 25 dollars for shipping and handling. I was also charged to replace a new battery that was new in the collar when I brought it to the shop. The proprietor said the battery was dead even though it was a new one. Well sir, stand behind your company’s equipment and replace it as it is faulty.
