Very unprofessional, called to check on the status of my fathers remains on a Thursday after having a meeting on Tuesday and getting everything set up. The lady told me nothing had been processed because we never came in for the appointment. When I told her we were in on Tuesday she said she couldn’t help me because nothing had been processed. The next day the «obituary» they handled was posted almost every persons name on it was misspelled and it looked like a second grader wrote it. It’s been a pretty terrible experience. And we still don’t have the remains back :(moral of the story: you get what you pay for and if I’m ever in this situation again I will spend the extra money to have a professional help me.
