Worst customer service I have ever received. Not just once, but multiple times. She makes the patient feel unimportant and as if we are wasting her time. Additionally, she tries to blame everything on the patient and takes no responsibility for her actions or products.
My sister had set up an appointment for later this evening and is unable to make it on time. So she called to let her know if she would be able to see her a little later. After a minute or two she cuts her off and says she’s eating. I suggest her not pick up the phone if she does not want to be interrupted.

Dr. Alsayeh has been our family dentist since 1993. She’s the most sweetest, caring, amazing dentist ever. Hands down her and her crew are such amazing people. You gotta go there! My sister had the WORST ugliest teeth. It was so crooked and ugly– sorry sis… But she deff fixed them up with braces in about a year. Price was way more affordable than ones in El Cajon. They take pretty much anything insurance. Deff double check. Their office is very clean and I feel super comfortable every time I come in. I love her and you will too. I have no doubt about it
