C Me Trim Co Inc.

I was referred to C Me after a larger company told me they wouldn’t do a small job. (I need three new interior closet doors and one exterior door replaced.)
C Me sent someone out and he was very nice and professional. He took all the measurements and left a catalog for me to look at.
That was the last I heard from them.
I waited a week to see if I would get a quote for the work. (Was planning to move forward with an order immediately.)
After about a week and a half, I got around to calling. The very nice woman on the phone couldn’t find any records on me. (And I couldn’t remember the name of the nice gentleman who came out.) She kindly said «I won’t make you wait on hold! Let me see what I can find and call you right back!»
–No call back.–
But everyone had been very nice, I figured there was a chance I missed the call back somehow (although with cell phones, you generally know if you miss a call.)…
So I called back again.
This time a gentleman looked for my information. Said he thought «X» had done my quote but had then gone out of town. Told me he would track «X» down, find my quote, and absolutely help me out and call me back.
–No call back.–
To be fair, my interactions with three different people were very positive. There was just no follow up.
Three times!
Which means even if they ever do get around to calling me back, I can’t hire them because I now think they are unreliable and flaky.
Too bad. I was anxious to finish my project and probably would have had more work for them in the future.
